Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

The interior is the ideal balance of contemporary and traditional, with bespoke furnishings, exposed beam ceilings and Majorcan stone walls. The villa sits just outside of Sa Pobla which has a few restaurants and shops, plus a popular market. It's only a short drive into Alcudia and Pollensa which are filled with both modern and traditional restaurants and shops.
