Chalet La Balma

Lo Chalet la Balma è situato ai piedi del Monte Rosa. Fu costruito nel 1964 a Isella, una piccola frazione di Macugnaga, un paesino Walser. Composto da una struttura portante in muratura e un concasso in legno risalente al 1773 proveniente dalla Val Quarazza che si trova a soli 20 minuti dall'abitazione. Si tratta di una baita esclusiva, indipendente, con giardino privato, area barbecue, parco giochi , riscaldamento autonomo a compensazione dì CO2 e camino a pellet canalizzato in ogni camera.

Diese rustikale Hütte bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen und ist der ideale Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber, Wanderer und Ruhesuchende. Ausstattung: - Zwei gemütliche Einzelbetten im Schlafzimmer, eines davon ausziehbar zu einem Doppelbett - Ein Einzelbett im Wohnzimmer - Voll ausgestattete Küche - Wohnbereich mit Holzofen (ansonsten keine Heizung) - Badezimmer mit Dusche

C'est la nature qui vous entoure. Havre de paix, un cadre unique, au ronronnement du torrent du Valsorey. Le Cabanon du Pont St-Charles se trouve sur les hauteurs du village de Bourg-St-Pierre, niché face au magnifique jardin alpin de La Linnaea. Notre cabanon ainsi que sa terrasse sont construits avec du matériel noble comme le mélèze et sapin. Un fourneau à bois pour les moments douillets. Un espace vert d'environ 350 m2 pour se relaxer, détendre, boire le thé, l'apéro ou grillades...
