Bev's Place

Very clean 3 bed 2 bath Double wide trailer with 2 carports centrally located on Toledo Bend. Each bedroom is has twin beds. Master bedroom has bathroom with shower. An addition bathroom with shower is shared between 2 bedrooms. Living area has 2 fold out couches. Flat screen tv with firestick. Kitchen has microwave, range, fridge and deep freeze. Cookware and utensils are available. Bar top seats 4 and dinning room table seats 6. Front porch is covered and has picnic table and ceiling fan.

Waterfront Lake house Getaway

Waterfront Lake Getaway! If you are looking for a nice relaxing weekend on the water look no further! The house is in a quiet subdivision on Toledo Bend Mid Lake. Private boat launch is 2 houses down for anyone with a boat. Very convenient. You will have access to the entire house and the boathouse where you can fish off of the dock, sunbathe, or swim. There is great fishing off the dock. Great for any fisherman coming to fish the lake or a family looking for a quiet getaway. No pets allowed

Welcome to Mason Creek on Toledo Bend! This beautiful two-bedroom one-bath cottage, just north of Milam, TX, is perfect for a getaway. It has an inground, private pool, shady back porch with plenty of seating, spacious fenced-in yard, and it's right on the lake! We recently remodeled and think you will love the updates as much as we do. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and a grill is ready for you on the porch (charcoal and a propane flat grill). The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!
