This 3 BD/2BA brick home is located on the #4 green of Pendleton Harbor 9-Hole PAR 3 golf course and has a lake view of Carrice Creek. Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

There is one bathroom with a clawfoot tub with a handheld shower for rinsing off, and a spacious, secluded outdoor shower with hot water. Large covered carport with electricity. $75 pet fee
