Welcome to my apartment in the 13rd district. The apartment is newly renovated and designed. The flat is a spacious apartment and full kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished. You can find everything you need (A/C, tv, wifi, washing machine, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, towels etc.) Only 3 metro stops from the center. It is 10-12 minutes from the city center. Public transport (subway, tram, buses) to the city center, market, playground, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, bakery are all nearby.

There is a high-quality dentistry on the ground floor of the house.

On the 1st floor of the building there is a separate 40 sq. two-roomed apartment with a private terrace( Please read the houserules). Ez az autentikus budapesti kislakás egy most Spanyolországban angolt tanító barátnőmé, így kiadó. Ebben a jól felszerelt lakásban találsz angol nyelvű könyveket, társasjátékokat is, és sok szép szobanövény lakja, valamint világos, szomszédoktól mentes napsütötte erkélye is van. Becsüld meg és kérlek vigyázz rá :) A háznak lelke van ^-^ érezd jól magad! A társasházban előfordulhat időnként környezeti zaj, melyre nincs közvetlen ráhatásom.
