We really enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was clean, tidy and has a great layout - its very spacious and comfortable. The decor is nice too. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Te Awamutu. We heard some music from nearby bars on Saturday night, but it stopped by midnight and didn't bother us too much. Lynne and John were excellent hosts again, friendly and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Un studio très cosi dans Hamilton avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment et dans notre cas une petite pause dans notre vantrip. Glori a été super avec nous, nous avons pu arriver a un peu plus tôt au studio et elle nous a donné plein de conseils sur les endroits à visiter a Hamilton. Le logement a tout ce qu'il faut et on était comme chez nous. je recommande a 100%

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Spotlessly clean. Close to the hospital, walkable if parking at the hospital is a problem. Everything was to a high standard, neatly set out and more than you could ask for. It was an oasis at the end of a long day.

Such a clean and cozy place to stay! Host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had the best stay! Definitely would book here again :)

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

If I could give this place 10 stars for the view I would! Breathtaking view! We took so many pictures and the place is just so peaceful. Absolutely loved our stay! Booked this place cause it’s literally 2 minutes away from The Hobbition! Didn’t realize how amazing the view would be! The house is perfect for cooking your own dinner and having a night in. Lots of space! I’ve traveled to many countries, over 15 easily and this is the first Airbnb to have food in the fridge for us! It was very much appreciated, they also had a stocked pantry. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Lindsay let us walk up and pet her horse which was a treat for us city people who aren’t around lots of farm animals! I can’t recommend this place enough!

We loved our stay here, unfortunately we only had 1 night and wish we could have stayed much longer! Has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and plenty of little touches to make you feel right at home! Highly recommend!

Great house for 6 people to stay in with plenty of space. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Robyn was very accommodating with any requests and was extremely prompt with communication. A lovely quiet spot to stay within easy walking distance to town.

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

Sarah’s place is very modern clean and comfortable. Great communication and friendly flexibility. Very easy access with key code pad. Beds are very comfortable. Master up and two others downstairs which works well. Apartment Is well equipped. Max two car parking. Be aware driveway is hard to spot when you first arrive and is on a fast bend otherwise good location.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Soul Sanctury farm house Stay.The rooms were spacious and spotless with great decor and crisp bed sheets.The space was immaculately clean and welcoming atmosphere.Moreover stunning views and would highly reccommend the stay to others. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

This surpassed our expectations as the house was beautifully set out, very comfortable both inside and out, good views and very peaceful and just a short drive from the shops, cafes and restaurants in Morrisville. Was a perfect base for exploring the surrounding countryside!

We loved our stay at Megan's place. Very homely & so nice to be in the countryside. Great outdoor space to chill & have dinner - a wonderful relaxing spot . Megan was warm & friendly - we will return !

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.
