P'tite maison tout confort, deux chambres à l'étage, dont une ouverte sur l'escalier (un peu raide) et passage dans celle-ci pour accéder à la seconde chambre. Cuisine ouverte, salle de bain avec baignoire/douche et LL, wc indépendants Jardin de 600m2 clos et arboré. Exposé sud, au fond d'une impasse, calme et tranquillité assurés. Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni. Lits adlts, couettes (230x220) Lits enfts, couettes (150x130) Prêt lit BB, et chaise haute. Le ménage est à faire par vous même.

A Taste of Brittanny. We look forward to welcoming you at our recently renovated gite, five minutes from St Jacut de la Mer and the beautiful Cote D' Emeraude. We are 20 minutes from Dinard and St Malo, and 1 hour from Mont St Michel. With plenty of local knowledge, we can help you to plan your perfect stay in Brittany. With unspoilt beaches, medieval towns, and wonderful local markets on our doorstep, we have something to please everyone. Our gîte has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Bienvenue dans notre petite maison d'amis à la campagne! A 10mn de la plage de Lancieux, vous pourrez profiter des plaisirs de la campagne et de la mer! Idéale pour les couples et les familles, notre petite maison est un bon point de départ pour découvrir la Côte d'Emeraude (du Cap Fréhel à Cancale, en passant par Dinard et Saint-Malo). Et le Mont-Saint-Michel. A bientôt! Located 10mn away from Lancieux beach, our house will allow you to enjoy both the seaside and the countryside!

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Vous pourrez vous détendre dans le bain nordique mis à disposition, offert une chauffe par jour. Accès à la piscine de juin à septembre. Terrain de pétanque. Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Le logement "Au Vau Madec" est situé à Pordic, entre Saint Brieuc et Binic dans un quartier très calme au cœur de la nature. Les chemins de randonnée (GR34, TroBreizh, ou Véloroute...), la mer et sa plage de galets sont à quelques minutes via un petit sentier forestier situé au pied de notre propriété. Engagés dans une démarche éco-responsable et zéro déchet au sein de notre famille, nous appliquons cette même philosophie de vie au sein du gîte.

Relax in in this unique and peaceful cottage. You will be living in an old gatekeeper's house, completely renovated ecologically. Enjoy the stunning seaside with wonderful sunsets over the ocean. You will have access to the parc and the huge meadow. Not far from here is Val-André well-known seaside ressort with casino and famous golf course. Lots of possibilities for shopping, surfing, biking and trekking. Restaurants nearby.

Vous serez au calme, à l'abri des regards et à quelques mètres à pied du bourg,de la plage et du GR 34. Etables est nichée entre Saint-Quay-Portrieux et Binic.
