La 'cubane', entourée de jolis chênes en lisière, se trouve à 150m du corps de ferme/parking. Malgré sa petite taille elle est très lumineuse grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées. Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

The pigeonnier is a newly renovated apartment, set in beautiful grounds. It is a relaxing space within Laugerie Basse Gites with 5 separate gites. Come along and enjoy the peace and tranquility, it looks out onto the beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool which is heated May/June/September. This apartment is suitable for two people. it is not suitable for children /infants or for people with mobility issues as the gite has stairs. However, my 4 other gites are suitable.

Situé en haut du village de Limeuil, juste au pied de l'église ou les rues ne sont plus que de petites venelles d'herbes fraiches, ce logement vous offrira calme et authenticité. Au confluent de la Dordogne et de la Vézère Limeuil est un ancien port dont l'activité commerciale était intense. Ce village médiéval aux maisons de pierres et toits de tuiles brunes typiques du Périgord Noir est une halte charmante et rafraîchissante.

Gîte chaleureux et spacieux au cœur du Périgord Noir entre Périgueux, Sarlat et Bergerac. Ce gite familial, rénové, pouvant accueillir de 6 à 8 personnes, est situé sur les hauteurs du Bugue dans un havre de verdure et pourtant à seulement 5 mn en voiture de toutes les commodités ( hypermarchés, pharmacies, boulangeries, office de tourisme, restaurants, marché hebdomadaire, etc.…).
