The breathtaking views of the river can be enjoyed from the large yard. We are a non-smoking property. We are very close to the tracks - freight trains go by 3 or 4 times a day.

Douglas Lake Retreat

Welcome to our lake front cottage! We are close to all amenities, within city limits which makes it very convenient for sporting events, family trips or just some time away. You can swim or kayak/canoe in the summer, skate or snowshoe in the winter. The perfect location for any weekend! The house/ cottage is 30+ years old and we have just completed a large renovation to the main floor, still lots to do but we are very happy with our cozy space and we hope that you will enjoy it as well.
