We do not allow pets of any kind or smoking . This is a very clean , nice space. We follow all cleaning protocols suggested by air B and B . We have smoke alarms and carbon dioxide detectors. The sectional in the living room has a full pullout bed as well. Easy check-in/check-out’s. Has a great AC/Heater to keep it comfortable. It is a ground floor unit with easy access.
