Privésuites in Saint Johns River

We had a wonderful 5 week stay with our gracious and equally wonderful hosts, Paul and Omi. This is an excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a very peaceful and well kept backyard garden space just out side the cottage which lends a magical air to the property. The cottage itself is small but very cozy and clean... and filled with an artist touch. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful historical home for a few night stay while we attending grandson graduation 🧑‍🎓 love the bathroom it was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Nice location close to Sanlando Park. Nice walking trail nearby. Quiet neighborhood. A few nice restaurants walkable. The place was perfect for a couple to stay for a short vacation. We definitely hope to stay again.

Checker was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and having available parking was a great bonus. I highly recommend this place and would gladly book it again.

Staying here was very wonderful. We only stayed for two nights because we needed to be closer the airport since we had a really early flight. The house was beautiful and we wish we could have used the pool but we took the opportunity and do go Disney one of the days we had left and it was a smooth drive to get there. There was one small thing I was worried about but Marlene replied fast and immediately made me feel better. Hope I can stay again soon.

absolutely fantastic unit! very quiet, in a very nice neighborhood, and a quick commute to anywhere i went in tampa. bref and sarah were fantastic hosts. i highly recommend this property to anyone visiting tampa that wants to be close to all the action, without actually be right in all the action. loved it, and would absolutely stay here again!

great property but could use a smidge of TLC on some of the amenities. bocce ball box was very weathered and broke when we picked it up from the accessories areas. Unfortunately, the gas grill, jacuzzi, and BBQ were not usuable during our stay due to a gas line issue. Obviously, it was beyond their control but definitely a bummer because we planned our dinner around using it. the service was fantastic and our family really enjoyed the guesthouse and grounds. we'll return again if in the area!

We attended graduation at UF and wanted a peaceful place to stay, this was the perfect place! 😍 Also, Leticia was so wonderful! The place was so clean and comfortable & we felt right at home!

Quiet neighborhood and easy access to surrounding areas for restaurants and shopping . Gate lock alittle hard to navigate in the dark however security light was helpful. Nice and easy checkout Will stay here again.

I loved this place! It was super clean and great neighborhood. Close to everything! You can tell that Kary has really good attention to detail and also extremely responsive. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times!

Perfect stay. Accommodation matched the photos and is very private yet easy to get around with public transit nearby if needed. Mercedes provided so many additional amenities that gave the place an extra touch of being right at home.

Wir haben die Unterkunft gewählt, weil man von dort aus gut Dinge unternehmen konnte. Es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz hat und sauber war. Und der Preis angemessen war.

Yuleisy's accommodations were clean, private, and easy to access. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio to enjoy meals in the sun.

Absolutely loved my stay at Heather’s Airbnb! The property was stunning with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The lake views were unbelievable—pictures don’t do it justice. The guesthouse was spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked—we didn’t need a thing. A perfect getaway. 10/10 stars!

The very private two (2) bedroom guest suite with one bath & TVs in each room was exactly as shown. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Similar to interior hotel rooms with no living room but had a hallway, mini kitchen, coffee island and car parking in the garage. Mini fridge located in one bedroom with full size fridge and washer & dryer in garage. Overall, a very good fit for our needs with short 1 mile drive to get on 275 to our visiting destinations. Would rent again.

great place to stay in Orlando really nice place, calm and quiet place full of nature 40 min from Disney and close to the main good stores around town. The place is exactly like it says with all kitchen appliances. I totally recommend Greg’s place.

Just stayed at Vincent’s place for a Universal Studios trip and it was amazing. I brought my dog, which was such a plus, and the location was perfect, really close to the parks. The place felt so homey, super clean, and honestly even better than the pictures. Vincent was an awesome host, very responsive and helpful anytime I had a question. We stayed over Easter and he even left us an Easter basket, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’d 100% recommend staying here to anyone visiting Orlando. This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I’m back. Thank you so much, Vincent!!!!

Second time staying here. Always a good and peaceful stay. Perfect size for me and my kids and I love that they provide toys and pack ‘n play. Matt is great with communication and assistance.
