Enjoy any of Vermont's 4 glorious seasons in this newly constructed mini home. Relax on the private back deck listening to the babbling stream. Barbecue dinner on the grill, then enjoy s'mores around the fire pit, and ample back lawn great for games or tenting. A quick walk gets you to the beach at Shadow Lake, one of the area's best kept secrets. A 5 minute drive brings you to town. VAST and VASA trails are accessible from the property and the back roads are great for biking and walks.

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. Sit outside and enjoy your coffee, meals or a cocktail on the spacious covered porch. Try some of our amazing local restaurants or cook in and share your meals at the large dining room table. Get comfy on the couches and watch a movie, play a game, do a puzzle, read a book or just relax.

This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

The Saunahaus is centrally located near the Waterbury Park & Ride and within walking distance to downtown Waterbury. Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, an electric finish style barrel sauna with river access, an infrared sauna located in one of the bedrooms, a gas fireplace, a bbq, two porches and a full kitchen.
