Kelli’s place had everything our family of four was looking for. The place has wonderful beach and ocean views, it was clean, had a great layout, and most of all we felt safe and comfy. She has a lot of appliances so we were able to grab groceries and still eat at “home”. Our girls are older but there were baby gear items which was so sweet. The condo association here has some toy bins right at the beach access and people seem to just leave shovels, balls, and boogie boards and things when they are done with them. I’m pretty sure we’re booking this place again soon for next year just to make sure we have it again, and I’ve already told my sister this is the place to book if she visits the area! Overall, we felt like our host was thoughtful and took pride in her home; we were well taken care of.

we had an amazing stay! my kids step dad and I decided we needed a vacation. we brought 2 out of 4 children and it was the best view! very convenient for things you need nearby. beach was private it was great! amazing view. 👏

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Ashley’s place was perfect. Everything was extremely clean and stocked and exactly as described. Super close to a nearly private beach and pool was a nice touch at the end of a long beach day. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a really good time. We didn’t know the river was flooded so that was kind of a bummer. We only caught two fish. We saw an alligator and we went to the beach in Saint Joe with our little dog on Tuesday. She had a blast. I loved the place except the back bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable master bedroom was awesome. Everything you need for a little getaway Renée was very nice. We had one little problem the day we were leaving, but she responded and we got it fixed quickly.😄

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

My family stayed at Darla’s place for our first time in PCB. The condo was exactly as Darla described. The condo was quiet and the other residents were friendly. The condo was stocked with all the necessities and was located close to the beach and other attractions. She even had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and toys so we didn’t have to pack all that from home. We really appreciate all the recommendations Darla gave us as far as places to eat and things to do. Darla is a great host! She is very responsive and kind. We will definitely book with Darla again for our next trip to PCB!!

Great house with so much to do for the kids! It rained all day Saturday, during our weekend stay, and the kids had no complaints with all the indoor games and space. space was very clean and ready to go with clear instructions on everything included. Big enough to fit my entire family, plenty of beds! Thank you Tim and Katie for for the beautiful place to stay!

It was a great cozy little spot and the short walk to the beach and being right around from the bars and fun spots was great. The rooms were tight with 7 people but had a very nice and roomy living space and kitchen area. We loved it.

I enjoyed the home and would have pulled the trigger earlier on a longer stay. It was centrally located and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was huge and I enjoy the office room where I could do some work too. I would definitely rent again if available. Christine was a wonderful host.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful, it was exactly as described super clean and overall a great stay. There was an issue with the key at first, but we were able to get it resolved very quickly because the hosts were so responsive and quick to attend to our needs! We would be more than willing to come back and stay any year!

Jakina home was very nice and clean and very spacious. She was very nice and sweet also my daughter left her tablet and I reached out to her and the housekeeper found it and she mailed it to me I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area is very roomy very nice kitchen and it’s very quiet and peaceful thank you so much again
