Le refuge du huard Chalet rustique, de style refuge. Situé à 2 km en forêt, isolé, tranquille, sans électricité, sans réseau internet ni eau courante. Parfait pour un ressourcement en pleine nature! Canot, sentiers de randonnée pédestre en forêt privée avec sculptures monumentales. Poêle à bois, une chambre, deux lits superposés et une toilette sèche à l'extérieur. Un VUS ou camionnette est obligatoire pour se rendre sur le site, sinon, nous offrons le service de navette aller-retour.

A screened pavilion with picnic table and outdoor kitchen was added in 2021. Finnish steam sauna w shower was completed in fall 2019. Nice outhouse! Self Check in May - Oct. 160 private acres with 4 miles of trails on our 3/4 mi stretch of the wild and scenic St Regis River in the Adirondack Park. Pets are ok. We Welcome Diversity.

With 360 views at 30ft up you can chart the sun and stars across the sky, set your rhythm to the ebb & flow of the tide and scout the surf from above. Greet the evenings with a cozy woodstove, sunset with drinks on the deck, moonrise with a dip in the hottub & mornings with fresh espresso. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!
