What a great weekend getaway. The apartment is cozy with lots of big windows so you can see the farm and cows from inside with the wood stove going, the hosts are so friendly and so are the cows! My group had a blast getting to feed the cows, and meet/brush/sit on Bleu, their big guy! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time at Darthia Farm! We enjoyed sunrise down by the water and loved the short, but beautiful trail that led us right down to the water. We thoroughly enjoyed visits from the farm dogs and cat! The simple amenities really helped us to slow down and be intentional, even the way we washed the dishes. It was all very peaceful and what we needed. Even in the brisk weather of October, we enjoyed the outdoor shower! We cooked a delicious dinner one evening with yummy pesto and other goodies from the farm store (goat milk gelato was 🔥). Shepsi recommended some local hikes and on our last day ,we ventured over to Petit Manan wildlife refuge and hiked the Hollingsworth trail... absolutely stunning, and easy trail. Our stay here away from the busy tourist places of Maine was perfect!

Our stay with Amy and Yuda was exactly what we needed. It was a pretty 20 min drive to Exeter where my event was. The surroundings were quiet, peaceful, and beautiful: Greenhouse plants, trees, and nature outside, lovely artwork inside. The toddler enjoyed our stay, made some great "trains" w the box of blocks, and slept amazingly. My wife said this house was good for his spirit.

We loved our stay at the guesthouse! We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and it was pretty magical having the beautiful grounds to ourselves on the day the brewery was closed. Except of course for Dizzy, who provided ample comic relief throughout our stay! Not unexpected for the area, but we did need to be super vigilant about ticks - they were out in force even in April. Otherwise we absolutely recommend staying here.

As our last stay everything was very accommodating and comfortable. Great music, books, art and an expansive beautiful landscape. The stars at night are beyond amazing. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay for a weekend of visiting with our son at UMF & skiing Saddleback. There are lots of thoughtful details like fresh eggs and breakfast items, a woodstove ready to go, games, and blankets to get cozy. It's an easy spot to find even when running late and arriving well after dark. We were greeted with a well-lit space inside and out which helped a ton for an event-free move-in. A high point was finding the temperature set at a nice level so there was no worry about warming up. We were enjoying beverages and a fire within 10 minutes! Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away in Farmington. After a day of skiing, we were able to grab a few provisions from Food City and takeout from Sabaidee which was still piping hot when we arrived back at Bill & Victoria's. It was also great timing to meet Bill and make a personal connection. Everything from check-in to check-out was incredibly easy thanks to fantastic instructions. We will definitely visit again.

one of my favourite hidden gems in the province. this is my 3rd stay here, with a couple booked again this year. every time I leave, i look forward to the next stay :)

If you're looking for a beautiful rustic place to stay in Maine and get away from the city and its light pollution, I highly recommend Stephanie's listing! Being surrounded by trees, the sounds of farm animals, and the stars at night was so lovely. Stephanie was friendly and also prompt with replying. I would definitely stay here again if I came back up to Maine, esp at the price point.

Beautiful place to stay and very kind, friendly hosts. Serene location that’s easy to get to and the apartment is very clean and private with everything you need. The hosts have thought of nearly everything and will go out of their way to help. We will stay again!

OQ Farm is one of the best abnb's we have ever stayed it! The farm is so picturesque and serene, the animals are adorable, the hiking paths are interesting and beautiful, and the location is convenient to both skiing and town/civilization. The accommodation is super nice and all the extra touches that make it cozy and comfy. Great place to go with multiple families and everyone can have their own spot on the farm. We loved it and will be back for sure.

Amazing and unique stay! We felt right at home and very comfortable. Great location, close to Main Street and the mountain, but without the congestion. Anna was very responsive and helpful when planning our stay

We had a great stay at Eric and Jenny’s. Beautiful new’ish build close to lots that the valley has to offer (Cape Split, Port Pub, Sea Level and Huntley’s - beef jerky FTW - all nearby). Fully equipped kitchen, great shower space, board games for family fun, cute patio (too windy during our stay to enjoy fully) and lots more. In addition to strongly recommending this rental, thought it would be useful to also recommend the monthly kids night at the nearby Nordic spa (Salt Air)… ours loved it. Thanks for the stay.!

This house was incredible! Extremely spacious, clean, and private. Located on the back side of a farm we had our own space which was very much appreciated by our dogs who could run around the fields. Brad was so welcoming and responsive! He was flexible and friendly. We stayed to visit a family member in the hospital but will book again in the future for a vacation because the location was that beautiful.

This is truly a special place. We came to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday, as he loves farms. There are two beautiful horses stabled on this property—we could see them from the porch! There is also a chicken coop, and two very friendly pups (that my son loved playing with). The land at Ogden’s Mill Farm is private and expansive, the cabin is welcoming and cozy, and the hosts are communicative and very kind. They supplied everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of firewood, as we used the fireplace every night that we were there. We took a walk down to the babbling brook, heard the rain falling softly on the tin roof, took a cold plunge in the pond, explored the old cider mill, and star gazed—all right there on the property. From start to finish, the visit was perfect and we felt at peace. I know for certain that my son will always remember his first trip to Vermont! I hope we return to this magical place someday.

Carrie was a great host for her farm house. We were in town for a college visit. It was clean, private, cozy, charming all for a great price.

Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.

We could not have asked for a better place for our eclipse adventure. The two bedroom cabin was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, cute and plenty of space for the 4 of us. We loved being out in the woods and enjoyed our walks around the pond enormously. Easy to get to restaurants and other activities, but away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Not a thing to complain about, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

The Chalet was just perfect. Listing perfectly described what you were getting with this little piece of paradise! The Sauna was easily workable. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The whole house was immaculate and roomy yet cozy. Perfect distance to the MANY MANY WATERFALLS the boyfriend and I were chasing. Skiing at Whiteface will be happening in the future, and hopefully using Judi's gorgeous Chalet to ease my weary bones once again in the future. My family & I loved our stay here! A very beautiful & comfortable home. It was a very peaceful, yet fun couple of days spent. Exactly how I wanted to spend my birthday. Location was perfect to explore. Thanks for having us!
