Bozion Barn - Views & Camel trail to Padstow

Completely away from it all, yet near to Padstow and Wadebridge, Bozion Barn lies in a delightful south-facing position above the River Camel valley with its cycle trail to the moors or Padstow. Its elevated position allows for views across the valley and a patchwork of fields and woods beyond. This traditional Cornish stone barn retains many of its former features. The sandy north-coast surfing beaches, Port Issac, Tintagel, Eden project an easy drive away. A tranquil retreat awaits on return.

This self contained flat is attached to a family home but with it's own private entrance to the front and rear. It is situated in the beautiful hamlet of Bodieve which is a fantastic central location to travel to the nearby popular tourist destinations of Padstow, Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac. The flat also enjoys being only a 15/20 minute walk into the market town of Wadebridge consisting of an array of restaurants, public houses, coffee shops, independent boutiques and the popular camel trail

Private little barn, Private Parking, Dog Friendly

Situated just out side of the picturesque village of St Teath. Byghan Barn offers a rural retreat away from the crowds. Stunning sunset followed by the stars looking down on our little barn. Perfectly for accessing the North Coast of Cornwall. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the barn. This is due to a dog causing damage to our property and inconvenience to our guests until the damage could be repaired. We do offer doggy day care for an additional fee if booked with plenty of notice.

The Laos hut which is a traditional design from the far East is built on stilts to give the shepherds a good view of their flock it also has an amazing panoramic view of the sea and coast it is totally private in its own enclosed field and just 2 fields away from the coastal path between Trebarwith and Port Isaac.direct access to Tregardock beach The hut has a small double bed a wood stove and solar lights. no Tv no internet A seperate hut has the shower wc basin and camp kitchen.

Chapel Amble Lodge

Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Toddalong Roundhouse is a fantastic straw bale retreat! Situated just outside the charming village of St Mabyn, nestled in the Cornish countryside, boasting beautiful scenic views. Lying between the picturesque North Cornwall beaches & harbours and the wild expanse of Bodmin Moor. With the South Coast just a little further afield, it's ultimately a wonderful position to explore much of what Cornwall has to offer! Completely self contained recently converted annex attached to owners barn, with private garden and driveway. Set in a rural location on our smallholding just a mile outside St Teath, with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor. This is a very convenient location for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions as Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle St Breward and Blisland are all within a 20 minute drive. Lots of information on things to do and see.

Contemporary getaway in Wadebridge w/parking

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

The loft

Wake up to wide sea views across the coastline towards castle island. The Loft is a peaceful, retreat for two with its own private path leading directly down to the South West Coast Path and the beach below. Tucked away above the cliffs yet only a short walk from the village, it’s the perfect place for coastal walks, sunsets over the Atlantic and quiet mornings watching the sea. Many guests tell us the view alone makes them never want to leave.
