La boulangerie est à 2mn par pied, ainsi que l'épicerie, pharmacie, boucherie et bar/resto. Brantôme et Aubeterre sont accessible sous 30mn et Périgueux et Angoulême sont à 45mn. Petite maison climatisée avec séjour-cuisine et à l'étage chambre avec salle d'eau/WC. La cour privée donne au sud avec un petit cabanon pour stockage. Ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux animaux. Notre gîte se situe dans un moulin sur la très belle rivière La Dronne. C est un appartement très spacieux (55M2) entièrement rénové. Une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, et magnifique terrasse la surplombant. Accès direct à la rivière pour baignade ou canoé que nous mettons à votre disposition. Attention l'escalier menant au gîte est assez étroit et pentu et ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi qu à certaines personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer
