Maison individuelle pour 4 à 6 personnes totalement rénovée . Confortable et bien équipée. Au calme dans un petit hameau. Une grande pièce de 45m2 en rez-de-chaussée , 2 chambres à l'étage. Un joli jardin arboré avec des jeux pour enfant. Au cœur du Périgord vert, vous serez à 5 km de Thiviers où vous trouverez tous les commerces. Au niveau touristique la maison se situe à 30 mn de Brantôme et de Périgueux et 50 de Limoges. A 1h de Montignac et des grottes de Lascaux, à 1h30 de Sarlat.

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.
