Incredible views, fantastic location. A brand new house with a new hot tub and a private dock. This one bedroom house is the perfect place for a couple. The house is one bedroom and one bath. The couch in the living room has a sleeper couch. Two adults is all this house will accommodate with the exception of also allowing two children. The dock is yours to use without charge during your stay. The house is in a no wake portion of the cove and is great water to swim in. Boat ramp on site

Guests have access to the entire home which includes Living, Dining, Kitchen, Powder room and Laundry room on the main level. 3 bdrms. upstairs offer 2 queen sized beds in each room and 2 1/2bath. Master bedroom has a King sized bed and private bath. Private Dock with available boat slip, paddle boat, and lounge chairs.

Cozy Vacation Getaway.

Very nice and cozy lake house. Its almost on an island with two coves on either side of the subdivision. Fun place for a relaxing weekend on the lake. Great for going on walks, fishing and boating. Has a swim platform and two decks with one on the water. Also has an area for a camp fire. There is a convenient store a couple miles up the road and a golf course not much farther. Also great bars and restaurants nearby.
