The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Lovingly converted in 2021, Krow Kerrik was originally the cart house for Woolgarden , a farm nestled near the edge of Bodmin moor. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

This is a spendid ‘upside down’ ancient barn, with a spacious, light and airy double height living room, with well-equipped kitchen area on the first floor, taking advantage of the amazing views. Two cosy bedrooms, modern shower room and all-important boot/ utility room are on the ground floor. The decor is stylish and simple, with excellent quality fittings and linens. The sandy north-coast surfing beaches, Port Issac, Tintagel, Eden project an easy drive away. A tranquil retreat awaits on return.
