Superb ocean view on city square

Met slechts 50 meter lopen naar zowel de hoofdstraat als het strand is onze accommodatie dé perfecte verblijfplaats. Het riante terras op het zuiden met direct zicht op de zee is een heerlijke plek voor uw middag of zonsondergang. Het dakterras beschikt over een hangmat voor wie graag een dutje doet in alle rust. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en beschikt over een grote bar waaraan heerlijk geborreld of gegeten kan worden. De badkamers zijn splinternieuw en alle kamers zijn uitgerust met Airco

The apartment is also equipped with high speed internet for remote workers :) In the mornings on the port, you can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen and enjoy the beach bars during the day. In the street there is a delicious bakery, cafes, bars, supermarkets, and taxis if you wish to visit the island or go kiting at kitebeach!

Wonderful ground floor studio apartment in the private beach front residence Porto Antigo 2, probably the best location in Santa Maria, with private and windsheltered pool, next to the village beach and right in the center of town. This spacious studio has the perfect setting, only steps away from the pool with a big cozy terrace and a little sea view. This studio is for up to 2 adults plus 2 children. It has all the amenities like free Wifi, Smart TV, aircon, complete kitchen and bathroom.

Superb large private villa with pool

A large detached private 4 bedroom villa sleeping up to 8 close to Santa Maria. Situated at the end of a quiet Date Palm lined street and set on 830 SQM of mature enclosed gardens with extensive terraces, balconies and private pool. A large sitting room opens out on to the terraces around the pool with a range of sun beds, loungers and comfortable seating. The house is a 15 mins walk to Ponta Preta beach, 5 mins in a taxi to Santa Maria town and beach, or 7 mins in a taxi to Kite Beach.

Volledig nieuw appartement gelegen op de begane grond in een rustige wijk aan de rand van het centrum. Het appartement is centraal gelegen op 5 minuten lopen van de zee met witte stranden en het centrum. De cafés met live muziek, leuke restaurantjes en de pier bieden dagelijks vermaak. Met het hele jaar door mooi weer, zon en zee met goede golven is het een geschikte plek voor watersporters, zoals kite- en watersurfers. Het eiland biedt vele andere activiteiten voor alle toeristen.

The apartment is located in the beach front residence Porto Antigo 2 with an amazing view over the Santa Maria Beach. From the balcony you can see the pier which is a great attraction on the island. But you don't just have sea view only - you are right in front of the beach. The residence itself is also very close to the town center with one parallel street between. So you have beach and island life with bars and restaurants well combined.
