Completely redecorated throughout with lovely kitchen & bathroom. Everything you need for the kids included. 15 mins from the beach and 30 mins from stunning Dartmoor and Exeter. Friendly active village with 3 pubs, vineyard, playpark, shop & more. Close to hundreds of brilliant days out. Great for walkers, cyclists, wine fans, families & couples. All welcome.

4 bed barn conversion - Countryside & River + pets

(7 NIGHTS - JUN, JULY, AUG, SEPT, CRIMBO & NY, SCHOOL HOLS) otherwise 3 night min. If not sure, please ask. Great Place! UF heating, open plan, pets welcome, SF broadband, visit our 2 acre flower farm & barn with river views & facilities - 2 mins away, bring a picnic. 16thC pub 4 mins walk. Wonderful riverside bar & restaurant 10 minutes walk. River offers watersports (sailing, water skiing, canoeing etc.) Teignmouth & Torquay only a few miles further. Please note electric car £10 per charge.

Dolphins Newly Renovated Cottage

Dolphins is nestled on the south coast of Torbay, surrounded by open fields and outside space. Brixham is a short drive away and famous for one of the busiest fishing ports in the UK and home to some of the finest sea food you can imagine, also with Churston Golf course nearby for those who have a handicap ! This property is a ideal base for exploring the beautiful coast and countryside, with picturesque villages and outstanding coastline it makes it one of the top places to holiday in the UK.

Lilac Cottage, sea views, 2 beds, 2 baths, WFI

Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Cider Barn - Idyllic All-Seasons Holiday Cottage

Pretty, stylish holiday cottage with wood-burning stove in a stunning village near Totnes, South Devon. Sleeps 4-6. The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car advised!

Set in 50 acres of rural tranquility, this peaceful well-appointed cottage offers a welcoming and comfortable base from which to explore the breath-taking beauty of Devon’s countryside and coasts. Nestled on the edge of Swanaford Vineyard, the cottage offers magical views of the vines and the wooded valley beyond, plus access to wild swimming and fishing on the River Teign which borders the estate. Self contained Annexe+outdoor space+parking +wifi

This family friendly unique place has been newly refurbished. Providing accommodation for up to 6 guests. It comes with 1 private parking space. The upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds, and 2 dressing table/study areas + TV. On the ground floor there is a newly equipped kitchen, with induction hob, cooker, fridge,microwave, toaster etc. Lounge area has a sofa bed, TV+DVD player. Well equipped shower room. Outdoor decked dining area. Under 2’s charged at the same rate as an extra guest.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This family friendly self contained annex has everything you need for your holiday in East Devon. Colyton is just 3 miles from the sea & on the beautiful Jurassic coast. Private garden with large decked patio to enjoy this quiet part of Devon. Just 15 mins drive from the beautiful Lyme Regis & Sidmouth and an ideal base for coastal path walks. Seaton's famous electric tramway is minutes away. Lovely quiet area

Lovely cottage close to the beach in Sidmouth

Safe Harbour is less than a 3 minute walk to the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.

R&R at Otterton ‘s beauty spot

River, Valley and Sea Otterton village- a must visit beauty spot in East Devon. Stay in our loved four bed cosy family home with a modern twist. Our cottage provides a perfect location to spend time with friends or family in a idilic spot. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms along with a smaller room perfect for a travel cot/ play room for kids. The village has all essential amenities on your doorstep from Otterton mill, kings arms pub and a local shop.

Waterfront former fishermans house. dating from 1401 . Adjacent to all amenities within five minutes level walk, Fore and Island streets. Beamed ceilings, lounge, kitchen, and main bedroom. Balcony off second bedroom with small table & chairs, that catches the Sun all day and Harbour views. Small shed in courtyard with beach windbreak, fishing rods, childrens crabing gear, useful for storage of Pram, outboard engine, inflatable.
