This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. Set on South Africa’s West Coast, in the authentic fishing village of Paternoster, these exquisite cottages are located right on the beach. Each cottage at Nieuview features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and a lounge with a satellite TV. They each have a private bathroom and a free-standing bath in the bedroom. Cottage 1 and Cottage 2 boast sea views. Cottage 3 (Penguin’s Nest) has more privacy and is therefore ideal for special occasions.

This ideally situated free standing cottage offers the best views of endless beaches. Not even a road in front of the cottage. There may be building activity taking place across the road to the back of the cottage. Back up batteries during power failures for lights, TV, Wi-Fi. Crayfish abalone not allowed on the premises. Perfect for doggy lovers as it has a private enclosed garden, set at the back of Zula Beach House which sleeps 10. Hi speed WiFi. A gas BBQ and a fireplace for the cold winters. on Langstrand Beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It is popular with surfers, kite and windsurfers. A pet fee applies. No children under 16.

Fully equipped with one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a loft area with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette. Fireplace inside and hot tub and braai on the patio. Guest will enjoy the peace and quiet, the trees and being close to nature. Because we are situated outside of the center of town it is a very quiet and relaxing space.
