Bathroom has shower only (sorry- large soaking tub is in other apartment, which is adjoining to family apartment). Perfect get-away, rent both sides to sleep 8-10. Fully stocked and supplied. We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

Our place is a 10-min walk to the hot springs swimming pool and close to downtown Salida and the bike path. You’ll love our open house with its quiet neighborhood, pastoral setting and beautiful views of the Collegiate Mountains. Just 30 minute drive to Monarch ski area. We do have a no pet policy at our home. There is a nice shaded area in our back yard and a large deck with a BBQ.
