Perfect location for boating, all season fishing (including salmon and ice fishing), beach-going, snowmobiling. Located a row back from the water, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. Light, airy, spacious home. Views for miles. Three decks to enjoy sunrises/sunsets. Very quiet part of lake..half way between Central Square and Sylvan Beach. Boat launch one mile away. Great Fishing. Sylvan Beach 20 minutes away. Game room above garage with large TV w. DVD player, wet bar (not stocked), Ping pong table, Air hockey table, table for card games, double bed (4th 'bedroom') and large couch. Fire pit on property overlooking the lake.

Newly renovated home with a nice bay view, covered back patio, large yard for games and campfires, and shared limited water access for relaxing by the water. We have now decided to stay open year-round. Welcome all who love the activities and beauty of our area during November to March. We are one of the few rentals that are pet-friendly (with a small extra cleaning fee) and also allow a single night stay.
