Mountaintop is surrounded by lakes & trails. Guests tell us they think it's an amazing view -- 'million-dollar view' --and it's affordable, too! The apt is separated from our home and features spacious windows, king bed and porches where you're always welcome. Large cable TV, strong wifi allow you to have it all.

The Green Bungalow Hot Springs

Walk to the West Mountain trail head or to Bathhouse Row from here! There are often deer in the back yard, and at night you can see horses and carriages go by from the Arlington Hotel.> The renovation of the house to make it fun, cozy, and safe for our guests has been a labor of love. We welcome any visitors who will respect and enjoy the property!! We have a portable Pack and Play for toddlers! We love children! The dining area faces the Park, and the TV room is between that and the kitchen!

Children are welcome, but sorry, NO SERVICE ANIMALS or pets due to owners SEVERE Pet Dander Allergy! Private suite and patio on the lakefront. YOU MUST ACCESS STAIRS TO ENTER THIS SPACE. The house is in the Historic District. Just blocks away to hiking trails in State and National Parks. It's a short five-minute drive to Hot Springs National Park Bathhouse Row and downtown restaurants and shops. The house has 2 units that share the front porch only. They have separate entrances. Also have separate backyard fencing. Pets that are house trained are allowed. Please declare pets at time of reservation we do charge a pet fee.
