This was a beautiful and well kept home and was a delight to stay in. Natalia was also a lovely and communicative host. We had no issues and would happily stay there again.

A beautiful home- super comfortable and spacious. It is outfitted with everything you could need. Peaceful location (we stayed in spring/winter- can’t speak to what it would be like in season). Lovely views. Easy to get into town by car (3-5 minutes!). Host was excellent - responsive to any questions or inquiries

If your looking for a great quiet stay while visiting Hudson or other local places this home is it. Very clean, super dog friendly. Close to the highways and hidden enough to really be apart of nature.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. This is an absolutely lovely airbnb. It is a beautifully decorated and appointed two story home, so close to everything in Hudson including restaurants, shops, completely walkable, but set on a quiet side street. The inside and the outside are beautifully maintained. The details in the home are above and beyond and the host has thought of everything that mighht be needed to enjoy the space. The home has comfortable beds, beautful linens, pristine towels and is well stocked with items such as soaps and lotions in very bathroom. There are extra cleaning items and so much more. Marcello is a wonderful host - so responsive and so helpful, before booking, during the stay, and after to help with any questions about checking out. Our group of four enjoyed lazy mornings with coffee, walks to shops and restaurants, happy hour and a dinner at home. Next visit we will be sure to use the lovely outdoor space and grill...and stay longer.

My friends and I had a lovely stay in Sarah’s home to bring in the new year together. Sarah was very kind, attentive and responsive! Check in was seamless and the home was just as pictured. Rachel's house is ideally located off the main road in Tannersville, close to downtown and 10 minutes from Hunter mountain. It's spacious, squeaky clean, modern, perfect for a group. We were two families with kids ages 4 to 11 and appreciated the 3 beds, 3 baths, washer/dryer and open communal room layout. Rachel was very responsive and check out instructions easy to follow.

It was 5 stars from check in to check out!! It is very clean, comfortable, quiet, well outfitted, and in a good location. Plus you can sit on the balcony in the morning sunshine with your coffee. A late evening glass of wine in the dome during a light rain was truly lovely.

The unit had 2 bedrooms and was clean and uncluttered and worked well for our family of 3 adults and 2 young dogs. Though we didn’t use it there was a nice fenced in patio out back. The kitchen was nicely appointed. All in all the unit met our needs and expectations for a last minute short stay. Our host, John, was responsive with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

had a great time here while a group of us did the Breakneck Trail Race! quiet and clean and an very short walk to town for restaurants and coffee.

As usual, I so much enjoyed my stay. Molly was hard at work in her beautiful flower garden, which are lovely to see first thing in the morning. I'll be back, for sure.

Nichole’s place was a great stay in New Paltz. The location was perfect and she was super responsive when needed!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed in Poughkeepsie and overall in New York State. The place is very clean , it was recently refurbished , has good equipment for cooking, it is spacious. The parking is easy and convenient. Check in was smooth. Owners are responsive. Very strongly recommend it.

Our stay was extremely quiet until the upstairs neighbors returned. We don't have kids or pets so we're very used to quiet. Getting used to hearing upstairs neighbors took getting used to for me. The place was chock full of supplies, coffee, Scrabble and welcoming decor. The bed was outstandingly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and creative! The outdoor patio, activities and view of the creek were impressive. This is definitely on our "to return to" list.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

An excellent place to stay for a ski trip. Perfect location right at the base. Wonderful building with a great pool and hot tub. Excellent for a great ski vacation!

Mary’s place is nice and clean, right in the center of town. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

We always book with Dawn! Her place is amazing. We feel right at home. She ensures the house has everything you could need in case you forget something. There are extra details to make your stay more comfortable. Her linens are softer than mine at home! There is plenty of space for my family of five to stay comfortably. I highly recommend booking here! We can’t wait until our next stay here.
