I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.

Cabin style house approximately 500 ft from the state snowmobile/ATV trails. Just a few miles from the Salmon River (Pineville Bridge is just down the road) and right at the base of the Tug Hill Plateau. Lake Ontario is about a 10 minute drive. Depending on the season enjoy legendary fishing, snowmobiling, ATV riding, or hunting. Or go see the local Amish shops and get a souvenir or a fresh Amish Pastry!
