Charming cottage in the heart of Sugarhouse. New kitchen, wood floors. Private back yard, covered parking. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the U of U, Westminster College, & ski resorts. We allow pets, with a $50/pet fee. It is not permitted to leave pets outside unattended. Thanks for being considerate! Full disclosure: It has toilet, tub/shower and sink, but the bathroom is pretty small and tight! Check-in instructions provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Quaint and cozy studio Cottage, located on the 22 acres of world famous La Caille Restaurant at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. The Cottage has a private hot tub and patio, as well as a fireplace and covered porch to enjoy the secluded forest area nearby.
