Travis's house was beautiful and perfect for our crew of three couples who were in Arizona to explore the area, hike and attend a couple of baseball games. This was a great home base for us. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and there are shopping centers and good restaurants nearby. The backyard was beautiful and private, and we spent a good amount of time hanging there and in the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The house was just as described, and as it appeared in the photos. We had a great time, and would definitely return to this house if we are in the area again in the future.

We are a family of 6 with 4 grown teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Beautiful big house with room to spare, big kitchen, nice beds. The backyard is huge - big hot tub, nice pool. Had a couple of small issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location with access to old town - seems to be centrally located so we could reach anywhere we wanted to go via freeways in 25 minutes at the most. I would not hesitate to book this place if you are heading to Phoenix - you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent home! Clean, well stocked (we have stayed in many Airbnbs and this would have to be #1 for supplies!), private, beautiful brick-fenced backyard with blooming roses, jasmine and a peach tree. Hot tub was wonderful to relax in and watch the birds. Great location - convenient to stores and local restaurants. Most of all Amanda was an excellent and responsive host. We experienced a personal situation which required a delay and Amanda was very accommodating for which we are very grateful! Highly recommended. If we could give a 10, we would.

Amazing Airbnb Stay! Our stay at this Airbnb was great! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear, detailed instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. The property was clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every amenity we could think of was provided. The attention to detail in every room made us feel right at home, with small touches like snacks and even a welcome note from the host. Overall, this Airbnb stay was a great experience, and we highly recommend it.

Our stay at Villa de Paz was absolutely incredible! From the start, Melissa went above and beyond, knowing we were arriving late from our flight, she made sure all the gates were unlocked for a smooth and easy check-in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with thoughtful snacks and drinks, which was such a warm welcome after a long travel day. Melissa was an amazing host, extremely helpful, communicative, and full of great local recommendations that really made our trip even better. And don’t even get me started on the property itself, it truly felt like a private resort. The views, the amenities, the atmosphere… simply WOW. Even though we stayed in the pool house, it felt incredibly private and peaceful. If I ever find myself back in the area, there’s absolutely no other place I’d want to book. This stay was perfect from beginning to end. Thank you, Melissa, for everything!

Our stay in Chandler for the NFL Draft was absolutely perfect, thanks to this amazing home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and amazing views the house had. It had everything we needed — comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for our group, and great spaces to relax both inside and outside. The backyard was a highlight — perfect for swimming, hanging out, and catching up after each day of the draft. The location was ideal too — close to restaurants, shopping, and easy freeway access to get wherever we needed to go. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt right at home. This house made our trip even more memorable, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in Chandler!

Had a really enjoyable time. The house was very clean, quiet and had beautiful surroundings. I wish I stayed longer to take advantage of the hiking trails in the area.

Was a great environment to hang out in with a beautiful view. The fire, the pool, and the patio were awesome. It was very clean and peaceful. Very detailed and so thoughtful to leave a few items in the refrigerator for us upon our arrival.

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!

The cabin was absolutely lovely. Had a relaxing time either in the hot tub or curled up next to the nice wood burning fireplace. Everything was very cozy. Communication with the owner, Craig, was top notch. Very nice people and a very nice and cozy place to stay. Would love to come back next winter! Thanks for having us!

Great place to stay Beautiful views fun getaway for the family

This was a great location for an impromptu overnight stay. It was nice to come to this cabin after a day of hiking in Payson without making the drive back home. Luckily the instructions were very clear on how to find the property. Cabin 5 matched the description and is very small and quaint which fit the needs for myself, two kids and two dogs. I would say it would be hard to stay multiple days in this smaller cabin, but it worked great for one night. Upon checking in and getting set up, I could not find an instruction sheet to operate the heating elements. Flora was very prompt and came to show me how to operate the heating elements. Unfortunately the space heater that should have been in the room was not in there and a piece for the wall heater was broken. She quickly brought us a space heater and it was more than enough to ensure a comfortable evening. The grounds were very nice and had the perfect setup for a family gathering. Very happy to have found this location.

Great private cabin. Very peaceful and relaxing. Jacuzzi was definitely one of the best to be in. Host was great and informative as well.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. The location is beautiful and the surrounding area is quiet. We arrived during the day so the signage was easy to follow, however Flora sent us written instructions just in case we arrived at night and couldn’t see the signs. The hot tub worked great and was clean. Overall we will definitely visit again and highly recommend!!

If you're looking for a great place to relax and unwind look no further than The Ranch. The property was pristine, the surroundings breathtaking and the amenities were plentiful. The dark skies and brilliantly bright stars, and the gorgeous sunrises on the front porch made it all worth every penny.
