Marty is a wonderful host. The tiny house is comfortable and peaceful. The walk to the bathroom and private 24/7 access is perfect. Marty goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable.

Had a nice stay. Serene and peaceful atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend going there again.

What a wonderful place! It is a charming house with outdoor seating and lounging options; we took full advantageof those. It was sooooo pleasant and relaxing. Our hostess was very personable and kind. She even made us a delicious pie! We also enjoyed feeding the horse and mule with apples and carrots provided by our hostess. This place is close to the Tonto National Forest and Lost Dutchman State Park. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back just to stay there!

All the additional products, snacks, drinks, teas, coffees and water available for us to use made our stay feel right at home. Jaime, is a phenomenal energy so wonderful meeting her and she even gave me a piece of her handcrafted earring which I love! I had never stayed in a place as unique and amazing as this house! We had an amazing stay Sarah had awesome recommendations and communicated very well. Not far from all the night life in Cave Creek and amazing breakfast spots a few miles down the road. 10/10 highly recommend staying here and will be booking again in the near future.

Perfect for my daughter and I while we were in Phoenix. Great for relaxing after our various adventures. Really appreciated the snacks and enjoyed relaxing with the wine they provided after a long day of hiking in the desert. Highly recommend them’

Nic’s place was a great fit for our spring training baseball trip, and was well located for the different ballparks we visited. His place was clean and cozy, comfortable and quiet.

Great location and exactly as advertised - clean, comfy, cozy. The hosts were very friendly. In fact, William took extra steps to make check in easier since it was unusually rainy on the day I checked in. Check out was a breeze. I would absolutely book this spot again!

The tiny house was perfect for our relaxing getaway. It was in a quiet neighborhood, a short distance from attractions downtown, and the pool was great! It was clean and private. I would definitely book again! Ps. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Had such a great stay at this casita we even decided to extended our trip. The host is awesome and very very accommodating! We felt right at home. We will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in the area.

This is my second time staying in this wonderful Aitbnb. It is in a perfect beautiful location for me. zzIt is home to me. I hope to spend other visits here.

Enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. Our only small issue was not knowing how close this place is to active train tracks that run very late into the night and early morning.

Had a great time staying here! The host was very sweet and responsive. She let us pick oranges from her orange tree outside of the airbnb and even let us borrow a juicer! The location of the tiny home was great, it's in a very nice neighborhood with alot of restaurants near by. Everything was clean, and the hot tub felt great at night. Would def recommend!

Positives: We had a great stay at this house. The pool and covered patio were great for outdoor lounging. The temps in Scottsdale for our trip were in the low 70s, so it was excellent weather for sitting outside. The covered patio was very large, and the poolside had 2 fold up umbrellas, so there was plenty of shade. Check in was easy and the host had great communication. The kitchen/dining area was well stocked with utensils, plates, and cookware. The neighborhood was good and safe and the house was in easy walking distance to a park. The location was great for us as we spent most of our time in Scottsdale and Tempe. The house has quick access to both. Negatives: Could use some touch up paint in all interior rooms. The bed slats were not in place when we arrived, so one corner of the bed was sunken. We were able to fix this. We did opt for the heated pool, but it was still kind of cold.

I stayed in the casita for a long weekend. Had a hiccup with checkin but it was able to be resolved before I arrived. I could tell Elizabeth wanted to be sure I felt welcome and I appreciated her working with me. A very cute casita with desert decor. In a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was lovely with lots of options for sitting and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and was glad to see an adjustable thermostat. Overall it was a great stay that suited my needs. I would recommend.

This was our second time staying & it did not disappoint. We love the area & the recommendations on things to do & places to eat are always right on. Thank you for your friendliness & cute place to stay. Can’t wait to come back again.

This was my third time staying with Paige and Mike and definitely not the last! They are my go-tos whenever I have a concert in phoenix! Also this casita has the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in 10/10!!!

Terri and Bob were exceptional hosts. Cute cottage in the middle of a really gorgeous neighborhood, within walking or driving distance of great restaurants and bars. Citrus trees out back were in bloom so it smelled heavenly the whole trip! Sweet dogs, too. Terri and Bob very generously allowed us to stay well past checkout time because we had a very late red eye flight back to NYC and no place to hang out til our departure. Very gracious generous folks, highly recommend staying with them!

We enjoyed our short stay in the casita. It is quaint but perfect for what we needed, and the view from the back porch is lovely!

Lynn's place was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, comfortable, peaceful, and safe. We stayed there for almost 2 weeks on a business trip. I love the small details like the white noise speaker, and the tea and coffe. Lynn was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay at her place again, if we go back to Tempe.

Carrie’s place was wonderful. We couldn’t have been happier with the location to downtown Phoenix. It was definitely a tiny home, but was very well thought out and had all the conveniences you could ask for to make it feel comfortable. The backyard space was a nice area to relax after a long day. Buddy and Stinky were a fun bonus and helped me miss my fur baby a little less.

This was a great place not too far from Phoenix, and in a gorgeous setting. The place was pristine and clean. Definitely a hidden gem for travelers who want to be close to the action but not in it. Check in was easy with clear instructions as well.

What a lovely place to stay! Every design detail of the Cottage is thoughtfully done. The outdoor shower was absolutely the best. Unfortunately our stay was very short but we were still able to take a few minutes to walk around and enjoy the wonderful property. Don't hesitate to book this incredible Cottage! (If you are visiting GCU, it is an easy 15-20 minute drive and is so worth the short drive)
