(ca. 42 m²) ist rollstuhlgerecht. Es steht ein eigener reservierter Parkplatz für Rollstuhlfahrer im Carport zur Verfügung. Ob Relaxen, Spielen und Grillen im weitläufigen Garten, als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Sommer oder für tolle Schitage im Winter, Wohlfühlen steht bei uns an erster Stelle.

The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Direkt am Haus führt der Tour-de-Mur Radweg vorbei, auf dem man wunderbar radeln oder spazieren kann. Im Winter erreicht man innerhalb von 15 Minuten 4 verschiedene Schigebiete.
