Communication was fluid and precise despite the language barrier. We were welcomed graciously by Mia and cared for deeply. It was a familiar stay in a cozy town by the ocean.

Amazing homestay. Located down an alley that gives an authentic Vietnamese vibe but no more than 5 minutes walking to the beach with plenty of local food options. The family doesn’t speak English but the host (their daughter) is so warm and accommodating. She made us breakfast every morning and gave us suggestions for what to do in the area. The day I arrived I needed a power adapter for work and she went to the store and found one for me within the half hour. WiFi here is superb! She even ran a speed test for me before I arrived. The family room (has windows and a balcony) is much nicer than the single room but if you need space to work then the single room is perfect. Tara even provided a desk lamp upon request. The locks on the rooms are not functional but we had no reservations in leaving our rooms unlocked. My friends and I rented out the entire second floor and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for motorbike parking as well. If I ever return to sam son beach I will definitely stay again :)

We were a group of five friends who came to celebrate Christmas. The house is spacious, cozy, and welcoming. The housekeeper greeted us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. It was an amazing experience. We came during a quiet period with no tourists, which made the atmosphere even more peaceful and enjoyable. Maggie was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with any issues we encountered. For those who enjoy it, there’s a karaoke setup, which added to the fun. The location isn't as clear as it seems in the app, so it's a good idea to stay in touch with Maggie when getting close to the area. Additionally, Maggie allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, as the train from the area departs late, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the kitchen was slightly unclean, but it was easy to take care of. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!
