Сказать, что понравилось, - ничего не сказать. Акмал очень заботливый хозяин, который делает ради комфорта гостя все возможное и невозможное. Сама квартира прекрасно обставлена и меблирована, безупречно чиста, находится в самом сердце Самарканда, по соседству с Регистаном - буквально перейти через дорогу - и оказываешься в парке, и через 2 минуты ходьбы по этому парку попадаешь непосредственно к Регистану. При этом сама квартира находится в тихом месте, в частном секторе, где днем слышно только детей на улице, а ночью совершенно бесшумно. квартира подходит для большого количества гостей (есть кровати на 5 человек, но к этому есть еще и диван). на кухне - мультиварка, микроволновка, гриль, плита, большой холодильник. в ванной - гигантская душевая, совмещенная с ванной, стиральная машина, подогреваемое зеркало, теплый пол. В квартире быстрый интернет с мощным роутером. также установлен бакси и отопление во всех комнатах. короче, если эта квартира свободна, нечего и раздумывать! берите!

Staying here was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly helpful—we arrived early, and she kindly provided a place to store our luggage and even offered a space to rest while our room was being prepared. Very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended!

The Place is Exactly as shown in the photos , it has a massive living room with very efficient AIRCONDITION. There are two separate toilets . Spacious and very generous for 3-4 people. The place is very conveniently located and it is at the centre. The banks , the restaurants and departmental stores are less than 2 - 3 minutes by foot. Registan , Boulevard and Tomb is less than 15 mins walk. Last but not the Least. The Host Is exceptional and very attentive and responsive. The Young Lad Farkhod is super-duper host and he did come to pick me up and even came to drop me even at 6:30am train. Extremely Thankful to him ! A place with not substitutes.

Второй раз за месяц останавливаюсь в этой квартире. Уютно, функционально, чисто, отличное расположение. Диана очень отзывчивый и приятный человек) Как буду в Самарканде - обязательно арендую ещё раз)

Excellent stay. The host was very professional, and responsive. We booked far in advance and everything went smoothly, from check-in to check out. The apartment is new, modern, clean, and spacious for 2 people. There’s a grocery shop near by if you need, otherwise taxis are incredibly cheap in Uzbekistan so you can go anywhere from there, quite easily. Overall great value. Be sure to try local cuisine.

Not first time to stay here, best apartment for location and cost wise.

My family and I had a great week at Farrux’s place! Clean, new cute little apartment! Fit our family of 3 great in this BRAND NEW building! Close to Family park mall for quick meals, place was squeaky clean with brand new appliances and furnishings. Would absolutely recommend! A+
