Wonderful place to stay in Samarkand, Registan Sq

The apartment is way above the average Airbnb apartments in terms of its size and decorations. It is more of a beautiful home. The location is also very good in that it is just off the beautiful University boulevard and close to a bus stop that many bus routes pass through. Our host was very responsive, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay there and would choose it again if we ever visit Samarkand again.

We were happy to stay in this apartment.. It was clean, tidy and very wonderful.. The host was very kind, respectful and responsible.. He helped us with the registration process for foreigners in Uzbekistan.. The location of the apartment is very excellent and close to services on foot.

The mansion was even more luxurious than I imagined, and I thought it was way too cheap for the price. All the amenities were well-equipped, and I would definitely love to stay here again when I visit Uzbekistan. 初めてウズベキスタンに一人で行きましたが、ホストがとてもあたたかく、チェックアウトを過ぎた時間の夜まで、荷物を預かってくれました‼︎ 本当に素敵なお家でみんなにおすすめしたいです。部屋の上にも屋上があったり、バルコニーがあり、とても豪邸でした。もう少し泊まっていたいくらいでした。

Excellent stay. The host was very professional, and responsive. We booked far in advance and everything went smoothly, from check-in to check out. The apartment is new, modern, clean, and spacious for 2 people. There’s a grocery shop near by if you need, otherwise taxis are incredibly cheap in Uzbekistan so you can go anywhere from there, quite easily. Overall great value. Be sure to try local cuisine.

Sardor is an extremely friendly person,he picked us from railway station,was very kind ,place is near railway station which makes it easier to catch trains also tourist spots are not very far which makes it a super nice place to stay.5 stars for Sardor for his friendliness.

Stayed at Sardor's place for 3 nights, the apartment located in a brand new building close proximity many local restaurants and coffee houses. Walkable distance from magnificent registan and amir temur mausoleum as well as few other sightseeing places. Sardor knows the city very well and also provides transfer and local guide services.

My wife and I had a truly wonderful four days here. From the time I arrived in Samarkand, the host was constantly in touch. He even directed the cab driver to the right place when I had difficulty locating the house, and unlike many airbnbs, he was there to welcome us. The personal touch always makes a positive difference. The house was clean and just as represented in the photos. Restaurants and supermarkets were nearby and all the tourist places were easily accessible. I highly recommend this place 👍

A wonderful small hotel, tucked away from it all, but still in close walking distance to many major sites. The gentlemen there were so welcoming, especially the older gentleman who was so kind and couldn’t do enough to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were super clean and opulently decorated. The mattress was very firm however by western standards. The hotel courtyard is beautifully decorated and landscaped, and very private. They even allowed me to use the washing machine and hang my laundry. There is a great cafe in one direction, and a great restaurant in the other direction on the way to Registan Square. The bazaar is also very close. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent séjour chez Ilxom et toute sa famille. Accueil chaleureux, hôtes aux petits soins, cuisine délicieuse et généreuse (👏 bravo à la cuisinière et encore merci pour la demonstration de la recette du plov), on souhaite en particulier beaucoup de réussite à Madjoulina dans ses études d'anglais, et pleins de bonheur à l'ensemble de la famille. I’ve stayed in over 20 different apartments across Uzbekistan in the past 7 years, but this one stands out as the best. Alisher was an exceptional host — he thought of every little detail to make the stay comfortable and easy. The apartment itself is new, bright, beautifully furnished, and has everything you might need. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Samarkand. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!

We loved our stay in this beautiful and sparkling clean room with a private bathroom. it is close to the city center and all the main attractions and it fit everything we wanted. Check in is perfectly smooth and the host ia very responsive.
