This modern farm house style suite is just under 300 sq ft w/ Kitchenette, Queen Bed, Desk, Vanity, w/ Full Bath, & Parking for Cars, Bikes, Boats, or Trailers. Centrally located for all entertainment near Daytona Beach. Only 6 miles to Daytona International Speedway for all the Nascar Events, 4 miles from one of the hottest spots for Bike Week & Biketoberfest, The Cabbage Patch, 10 miles to the Beach, and more.

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Unwind in style with stunning ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony. Our beachfront Suite has direct beach access!

Mira Bella North

Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Not suitable for 4-legged travelers. (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Mira Bella South) I've included MANY photos so you can see exactly what the space is like :)

Private Cozy Studio near Beach Speedway Pickleball

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Luxury Guest Suite in Aviation Air Park Community

Our guest suite was newly constructed and finished in January 2020. We are experienced hosts of many past aviation and auto racing enthusiasts at our previous guest suite. We built this new suite with more amenities and plenty of room to relax. Our community is the largest air park community in the world. Our neighbors value their privacy and commercial photography/videography is prohibited. However, you will find aviation folks to be warm, welcoming and definitely interesting.

Our "Beach House"

The garage is not part of the rental as we have personal items stored in there. Our "Beach House" is 10 minutes from Daytona Beach - close to the beach, Daytona Speedway, shopping, restaurants, downtown entertainment, etc. We are 1 hour from Orlando attractions. Our neighborhood is a very quiet, suburban neighborhood. Sorry - NO bikes. Some renters might find this too restrictive, if this is you, we ask that you do not rent with us. Our property is not pet friendly.

We are OPEN to accepting pets but please message before booking to discuss. The front yard has been completely re-landscaped with loads of upgrades! Fully stocked 1950's Bungalow, 75" TV with lots of streaming options, & most importantly 1 block from the beach in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. Walk out the front door and you're 100 yards from the waters edge and a 3 minute walk from your local Starbucks. It doesn't get any better than this.

This is a SHARED HOME. Peter, the homeowner, LIVES IN THE DOWNSTAIRS PART OF THE HOUSE. You would have full and private use of the entire second floor of the house as described below. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom; a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom; a white queen-size and blue twin-size sofa beds in the large living room. Towels, bed linens, kitchen towels/cloths, and a fully equipped kitchen are there for your convenience. Use the socket covers found in the kitchen storage closet to protect smaller children.
