Coto De Caza is a beautiful, private community that requires checking in at the gate every time you enter. You may be given a pass for the time you’re there to make entering easier. This provides a lot of great security. The dog friendly community is also very clean with lots of nature and walkable paths. The space itself was as advertised. The only negatives I experienced is that you’re able to hear a lot through the walls which made my dog bark a lot. He would stop with instruction, but with this being a new and unfamiliar place, he was on alert and the easily heard voices and noises didn’t help. Also, a neighbor (or someone) smokes and I was able to smell this whenever they smoked. Other than those two things the place was great! It was very clean, Gary was super friendly and helpful, and best of all; very dog friendly! He was super understanding about my dog barking which I was thankful for. I would definitely recommend Gary’s place to someone looking to stay in the area.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place! We were in San Diego visiting family and the location was perfect. The apartment was super clean with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and of course walks on the beach! There is a good selection of restaurants to choose from close by. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

I stayed here recently with my family and my small dog. The bungalow was nice and clean. We appreciated the private lot even though it got packed at night and it was hard to find an available spot. But either way there was parking on the neighborhood streets. We did like the restaurants near by. Heritage Brewery & BBQ was amazing and walking distance. We also went to Artifex Brewery which was around the corner. They had great beers! Fun, relaxing stay

Handsomely appointed and beachy with all the coastal vibes you want in a quiet retreat. With the strand steps away for views and walking to downtown. It was all I hoped for and felt very secure.

my family and I had such a pleasant time at the resort. the front desk and workers were very friendly and considerate. really enjoyed the amenities and multiple pool locations. Will definitely reach out again!!

Jesse was very responsive and throughly explained all the details pertaining to his rental. When we had an issue/question Jesse responded very promptly. We would definitely book with Jesse again!

Super clean and spacious. Was perfect for what we needed. Starbucks downstairs which was perfect in the morning!

My fiancé and I had a great stay! Host communicated effectively and fast. The location and the views of DTLA could not have been better. Definitely would stay again.
