Grand appartement avec vue, tout près de la plage

Grand appartement calme et lumineux avec vue sur la mer. Très bien situé, dans une rue piétonne commerciale, à sept minutes de la plage de las Canteras où une partie est devenu un lieu important pour les passionnés du surf, et six minutes de la plage Alcaravaneras. Des restaurants pour tous les goûts à proximité. Un grand marché traditionnel à 3 minutes à pied et un magasin bio juste en face. Quartier très bien desservi par des nombreuses lignes de buses et des vélos en location.

Bonito apartamento reformado. Situado en una zona muy cómoda, céntrica y tranquila de la ciudad , en un edificio residencial habitado por Españoles y extranjeros desde los años 60 y desde donde podrás disfrutar de las bonitas vistas a la bahía. Dentro de los servicios que ofrece la zona tiene supermercados, centro comercial, club deportivo, restaurantes y transporte público o la posibilidad de ir comodamente andando a todos los puntos más importantes de la ciudad.

Located in the sunny south of the island, this 43.5-square-meter apartment is centrally located in Playa del Inglés, on the fourth floor. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a spacious balcony with some sea view. The complex has a private pool, janitor during daytime and elevator. There is also a restaurant with a bar and a supermarket as well as a car rental service in the building.

Excellent Two Bedroom Apartment 2nd in line to the Beach. Within walking distance of all Attractions, Restaurants and Bars. Although very close to all attractions, the apartment is quiet as the block is far enough from the road. The balcony get's the sun all day long and has great views of the pool and manicured gardens.
