Riccardo's place is just like the pictures. He is a great host, he came to greet us. High end decoration inspired in Pinterest. Bolsting 3 bedrooms 2 with A/C units, also A/C in the living room with large TV. Netflix and Youtube. Balcony with nice view. Washer in the laundry room. Like advertized, their is no hot water in the shower but you don't need it because the water temperature is so nice. Highly recommend this place, you will feel special.

This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. Apartamento muy cómodo si estás de paso en la ciudad. Tiene cerca un Centro Comercial, supermercado y sitios para comer. Es una zona tranquila y está muy cerca del aeropuerto.

El lugar está dotado de todo lo que necesitas y es un lugar amplio apto para ir con familia y mascotas. Lo único es que el piso 2 es bastante acalorado durante el día pero nada que no se resuelva. Gracias!

Definitely recommend this place. Love how it has the indoor pool and the setup of the house. Easy way to get and private parking is definitely nice as well.

un apartamento excepcional, con la comodidad que se espera de un hogar, zona tranquila, muy poco ruido, había buena iluminación natural, aire acondicionado en óptimas condiciones, las camas estupendas, baños y zonas comunes brindaban siempre comodidad. la atención de María fue excelente, sin duda repetiré!

I stayed for 2 nights but wish I could've stayed longer. I will definitely choose this place next time I visit cúcuta. Location is in a great spot, just far enough from the main road but still within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Always felt safe.

It wasn’t my first time staying at his property. It is always a treat to stay at one of his properties. Ellis and/or Salomé are always available for any question and/or concern. It is a safe location where the tower is located, building staff are nice and friendly. And the Apt itself was spotless. The cleaning lady is very approachable. I would always recommend to stay at one of his properties. Thank you Ellis and Salome!
