These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

This place was great! Great location, felt safe and clean. Also close enough to the freeway that we could get anywhere we wanted. Everything was clean and exactly like described. Would stay here again, 10/10.

Roger and Kari's place was a home away from home for our family with three small children. The place was well accommodating to littles with access to child furniture (pack and play, high chair, etc) and was child proofed as well. The quiet inside and outside was much appreciated as a place to get away from all the San Diego/CA exploring! Roger and Kari were very responsive and understanding to the unpredictable life with our kiddos. Thanks for a great week!

The host was great. Nice clean place. Nice neighborhood. Private entrance. Awesome host that was very friendly and welcoming. They even had my name outside the door that said “Welcome Michelle”. Traveling from Indiana to California and to stay at such a nice place was awesome. Melissa was even flexible with my check out time as my flight departed at a later time than I expected. If you want to stay at an awesome place that feels like home away from home, stay here!!!

Greg en Lesley hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. De woning ligt een rustig gebied op 15 min rijden van alle belangrijke hotspots in San Diego. Dit was voor ons de perfecte locatie om onze trip langs de Westkust te starten.

Excellent rental, great for the price. Had everything I needed to stay comfortably a week. Heather is very responsive and a proactive communicator which I appreciated. Shower in the bathroom was lovely, water pressure and temp were good, bed was comfortable, and the courtyard was perfect for stashing my bicycle and surfboard. Very safe area.

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

The space felt freshly renovated, clean, and nicely decorated. My favorite out of all the Airbnb‘s I’ve stayed in locally. Highly recommend!

This place so cute and cozy for our stay here in San Diego. I felt so comfortable the minute we arrived. The art is also incredible here. I recommend anyone to come here and check it out.

Omar was amazing and friendly! Responsive and explained how to turn on the heat when it was very self explanatory when I just didn’t use my brain. Greeted us when we got there, and his space is very comfortable and private. He has body wash in the shower, thank goodness cause I forgot mine. The KING sized bed is so comfy, when most hosts don’t bother to have bed newer than 1996. Pillows were soft, and towels didn’t feel like yucky stiff bleach. Seriously loved staying here!

Cute place! It was in a great area. Amanda was responsive and helpful. It was really nice for a solo trip.

We were in town for 2 nights to visit our daughter. The space was exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great. The small fridge was stocked with bottled water, which we really appreciated. The guest suite is ideally located for access to all that San Diego has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed sitting on the little patio out front in the morning. Would definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter.

Very cool unique spot loved the bathroom shower pebble floor and stone work. I’m a master plumber and appreciate unique bathrooms lol. While place had a castle suite feel to it and there’s a chunky grey/white cat that’s very friendly and likes long slow back strokes

Alessandra and Chad’s place was comfortable, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. They were welcoming hosts and that made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! I absolutely recommend a stay here, fantastic experience all around

Zack and Gwen have a beautiful, cozy, peaceful place to getaway from all the hustle and bustle.. surrounded by gorgeous views (mountains), beautiful back yards just breath taking. Sweet Murphy (their doggy) just playful. Everything you need essentials are available there. Fast to respond to your needs or concerns. You can’t go wrong! We’ll certainly be going back again!!

My husband and I loved our stay in at Barbara and Randy’s place. The apartment is very clean, private, spacious, and was equipped with everything we needed and more. The location is wonderful, close to everything, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store (I definitely recommend a car). Barbara was quick with txts and very sweet. We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und vor allem nach neustem Standard. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig aber mit dem Auto sehr gut und schnell aus der Stadt erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Agave Cottage is truly a hidden, quiet, beautiful place. It is exactly as described in all information and sparkling clean! We hope to stay there again.

I felt fortunate to find this place after needing last minute accommodations before moving back into our home. It was near our school, neighborhood and businesses we frequent. Luan was very responsive when I reached out and continued to check in during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer were full size, which looked smaller in the photos. And the fridge and freezer easily fit the food we had to transport back to our home. As a family of four, we split up between the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. There were ample towels, sheets and pillows for all of us.

Stayed at Giovanna's the night before getting on the Pacific Crest Trail. Great host and nice little space.

This little guest room was a great place for me to stay while in town for work. Your own private entrance, your own private bathroom, plus access to the laundry services and off street parking if needed! I definitely appreciated the parking aspect, as I was bringing a unique vehicle to town and wanted to try and safeguard it as much as possible.

one of the best places i’ve stayed in san diego! if you’re fine not being super close to the beach, it’s the perfect spot. not a far drive from anywhere and super easy to get in & out of.
