We enjoyed Maria's cosy and personal apartment. The apartment is located near the city centre and beaches, so it was easy to walk almost everywhere. It was nice to meet Doina in the check-in. She was helpful and explained us everything carefully. We got good recommendations for restaurants and sights. All in all a couple of days in Terracina was a perfect end for our trip!

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). Thank you so much Paola!

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable ! L'appartement était impeccable, confortable, propre et exactement comme décrit. L'emplacement était parfait car à la fois dans la nature et en voiture pas très loin du centre ville de Rome. L'hôte était incroyablement sympathique et réactif, s'assurant que j’avais tout ce dont j’ai besoin. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

Das Appartment entsprach genau den Fotos und war sehr einladend. Die Tochter der Gastgeberin war besorgt und sehr freundlich. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien, die man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, was für eine ruhige Atmosphäre sorgt, abgesehen von den Geräuschen, die vom angrenzenden Pub für junge Menschen kommen. Im Sommer kann es dort recht laut werden, was für empfindliche Ohren etwas störend sein könnte. ich kann das Appartment für alle empfehlen, die eine zentrale Lage und eine freundliche Gastgeberin suchen!

Mauro è una persona deliziosa. Ci ha accompagnato a visitare la riserva naturale di Tor Caldara, il cimitero inglese e questo è sicuramente un plus. Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento, è rispondente alle fotografie ma dal vivo si nota una certa trascuratezza: i pensili della cucina sono neri (non azzurri), probabilmente hanno perso la laccatura, e mancano alcune ante; la doccia ha una tenda a chiudere, decisamente poco igienica; nella camera da letto per i ragazzi, i muri sono tutti segnati - non un grande problema, ma rende la stanza poco attraente. Mauro paga sicuramente un po’ di inesperienza nella gestione del check-out ma nel complesso la valutazione è positiva. Unico neo il giardino, che non ha alcuna siepe a mantenere un po’ di privacy: le persone che passeggiano nella via (più di quante immaginassi), inevitabilmente guardano all’interno - ma sono tutti educatissimi e salutano!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Wir waren absolut zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Nettuno. Allerdings muss man sagen, dass die Unterkunft leider nicht makellos sauber war. Außerdem wurde bei Check-In eine Zahlung i.H.v. 250€ als Kaution verlangt, diese war nur im Kleingedruckten auf Airbnb zu entnehmen und stand nicht in den zusätzlichen Kosten. Zudem war eine Kurtaxe fällig. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution bei verabredetem Check-Out hat allerdings problemlos funktioniert - auch wenn uns das erst einmal stutzig gemacht hat. Ansnonsten können wir die Unterkunft mit ihrem ganz eigenen Charme sehr empfehlen :)

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

Tutto perfetto, simpaticissimo host! Seconda volta che veniamo qui.

Jeg hadde et fint opphold hos Simone Leiligheten er romslig og godt utstyrt, med stor takterrasse. enkel adkomst fra stille gate . Litt for hard seng for min rygg, men vi er forskjellige

Un gîte sympathique à Genzano près d'un magnifique lagon, très convivial dans un bâtiments vieillot tout à fait charmant

Siamo state ospiti nell’alloggio io, mia figlia e la nostra cagnolina, siamo state benissimo, casa super pulita, accurata con tutto quello che serve, ho molto apprezzato il fornetto whirlpool con il crispy che uso spesso anche a casa, il mare a 5 minuti a piedi… insomma tutto TOP ! SUPER CONSIGLIATA!

It was a fantastic week in the fantastic apartment in the heart of Sperlonga. Everything was so clean and nice place. At first glance I was surprised how great and thoughtful everything was. The air conditioning was so great and necessary during the hot days. I would definitely recommend staying there and I hope to comeback again.

L'appartement est bien situé à la limite d'Anzio et de Nettuno donc facile de se rendre à ces deux destinations à pied. De la maison, bel accès à la mer tout près. On peut même y entendre le bruit des vagues. Appartement superbe avec magnifique terrasse et de belles vues sur la mer; l'ameublement extérieur est très confortable. La petite rue est tranquille ainsi que le quartier. L'appartement est très confortable, bien rénové et chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'une vingtaine de jours. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

Die Unterkunft von Joseph ist wunderschön. Toll ausgestattet, sauber und direkt am Meer. Joseph war immer schnell erreichbar und sehr nett. Der Check-In wurde bei uns von seinem Vater durchgeführt was total unkompliziert und sehr herzlich war. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Appartamento pulito, ordinato , silenzioso nonostante sia a due due passi dalle vie del centro.Dotato di due tv con Netflix .La cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare pranzetti/cene da consumare nel delizioso e intimo giardinetto esterno .Antonio è una persona molto disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio .Ci siamo trovate benissimo.Consigliatissimo

Giovanni & Paolo were incredible hosts. The apartment was perfect for what we needed including some much appreciated Air Conditioning. Would definitely stay again.
