Friendly host with a friendly caretaker. Place is clean and you can smell that the linens used are newly washed.

Hands down one of the best accommodation we've rented! Host was very accommodating, friendly, generous at sobrang daling kausap! Lahat kami ng family at mga kaibigan namin nag enjoy. Much appreciated that he even welcomed us when we arrived and made sure that we were settled before leaving us the place. He also extended our stay since we checked in late. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and will surely book again! 👍🏻

We enjoyed our stay here, near Koreatown so there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out process are smooth and the host is very responsive to all our inquiries. We'd love to stay here again when we visit Pampanga.

One of the best bnbs I’ve stayed so far! Liam’s place — The Fairway Villa, really exceeds my expectation to the point that we extended our stay for one more night because we didn’t want to leave the house yet because it is really beautiful and clean. My family and I had a lovely and peaceful stay. We experienced living into a dream luxurious home once in our lives. Liam is very responsive and Tony, the caretaker, is kind and helpful too. You don’t need to worry about the small details such as distilled/mineral water, towels, tissues, garbage bags because they were all provided. It was just 10 minutes away from SM San Fernando Pampanga and it is Grabable. There’s a golf cart there but we can’t use because it belongs to the owner of the house. I wish they have a separate golf cart or just e-bike for the guests for those who want to roam around the neighborhood. The place is perfect also for a nice run during sunset which we also did. I recommended this place! :-) We’ll be back too

Douglas, was very easy to communicate and also Casa J is very good to stay in my friends and I enjoyed staying here definitely a must go back place when we held another reunion or any party with family and friends.

Super thank you po for the extended accommodation sa other concerns namin like extra pan, gas, water, etc. Although a lot happened like some issues in the restroom and the power interruption, you managed to compensate by letting us stay beyond our original checkout time. We super enjoyed! Great area yung videoke room the best! Salamat po! 😊

The resort itself was nice and spacious, cleanliness could have been better (restrooms) but overall good for a night's stay. I still rated it a 5 since my folks enjoyed our stay, we also did an event that was successful. Thank you

The place is great for anyone looking for a quick getaway from Metro Manila. There are large spaces that accommodated my group but still feel intimate. The host was very responsive and catered all our needs. Will definitely return!
