We have the perfect holiday spot for you!! Located in the Costa Adeje, San Eugenio area is this chic and stylish 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. There is an open-plan kitchen-living área that boasts a very cozy atmosphere. You can enjoy delicious meals on the breakfast bar and also get comfortable on the sofa in front of the 46 inches Smart TV. El apartamento cuenta dos habitaciones. un baño, salón-cocina y una terraza muy espaciosa con mobiliario de exterior, con mesa para comer y sofás para ver la puesta de sol. Hay wifi de alta velocidad y un escritorio con silla para poder trabajar desde el apartamento. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores de pie en las habitaciones. El apartamento está ubicado a pocos metros de Playa Américas, una de las más famosas de la isla por el ambiente que hay tanto de día como de noche.

Excellent bungalow apartments (renovated in October 2023), 950 meters from the beach, about a 13-minute walk, with free parking. No neighbors above or below. Includes 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a large TV and sofa. All rooms have air conditioning. From the living room, access a private green courtyard with a dining area and a gas barbecue. The large pool near your house is always at your disposal.
