We love this place. It’s a very clean and comfortable. It’s like a home away from home! The owner is exceptionally friendly and will respond to your messages very quickly. We’ve been here twice now and loved it even more the second time. Came up to Twain Harte to play in the snow and we were not disappointed! The roads in the vicinity were plowed and maintained during the snow fall. The home heating and gas stove work great to keep you warm. The TV is massive and the internet is fast. Again, we love this place and can’t wait to come back!

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.

We had a fantastic time at Fred and Patricia’s home. It was perfect for our group of six. Centrally located, comfortable, and with a very usable kitchen to prepare meals. Already talking about a follow-up trip!

This place wasn’t over stated or understated, it had a very welcoming feel. It had very timely decor and very comfortable for us , as a family of four to stay in. (My young son wasn’t afraid to sleep in the spare bedroom by himself) 😃The cabin had board games, books and the hot tub was a big plus for us. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen to date for any airbnb I had to stay in. Set up was just like my kitchen at home so it made this home cook very happy because I didn’t have go, “Shoot, I wish I had brought this!” Short drive to Bear Valley for some snow fun. Overall very happy to have picked this cabin for our little family vacation.

This was a lovely house in the arena area and I got to say it was really comfortable, well furnished, and it kind of pretty much everything that my family and I needed for a one night's day. I really thought it was a great value as well given the hotels in the area and a special note that I really loved the mattresses. Good job.

Sergio was great; his responses were fast and easy-going. The house was perfect, situated in a good area near parks and stores, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The kids had a fantastic time, as the location was convenient. They especially loved playing in the backyard. I appreciated having a fridge and three spacious bedrooms for my little family. We enjoyed relaxing together while watching TV in all the rooms. The spacious home provided a wonderful environment for me and the kids to unwind. We will definitely come back again!

Sean and Ron’s tree top retreat is such a beautiful space. Tastefully decorated and well thought of amenities. The large windows opened way to beautiful views of the trees and the city views of the bay and the city of Oakland. We loved sitting on the balcony chairs at night talking and looking at the city lights. Waking up to the smell of the forest and drinking coffee on the porch was such a treat. Additionally Sean and Ron were such incredible and kind hosts. Due to work duties, our drive from LA started later than we planned and we arrived late at the place. Their driving and check in directions were clear and they left lots of lights on for us to ensure our safe arrival. Because we arrived late, we didn’t have a chance to grab something to eat, but we were welcomed with a box of fresh pastries from the local cafe which gave us the food we needed. Thanks so much Sean and Ron. We will definitely recommend your place and will come back again.

We really liked staying at Tom’s place. Everything matched as per the description. The hosts were quite proactive in their communication and made the stay hassle free. Tom even let me borrow his charging station for my EV which was quite helpful. Overall a great place to stay if you’re visiting as a small family.

Theodore was amazing. No host replied this fast! I was looking for a place at the very last minute but he answered all my questions at like 11 pm, and he was so helpful. I really thank him for that. The interior was really outstanding. 💖 Theodore made sure the place was warm and cozy before I checked in. I had places that didn’t really warm up, but this place.. my God. It gets hot lol I actually had to lower and lower the heat to stay warm! Big TV, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, nice indoor jacuzzi & dry sauna! The jacuzzi was like bubble bath.. 🛀 I don’t know what’s in it, but it made my skin so soft. In summary, if this place is available, you gotta grab it. 😎

Anastasia's place is a "home away from home." It is quiet and peaceful, close to all amenities and attractions, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will recommend her place to other friends and families.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our mammoth trip. The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything you could need in it. It is directly across from the village, and the gondola to get to the mtn. Thomas the host gave clear directions and was very responsive. I will 100% be staying here again.

Shelby was a great host. everything was explained well and had no need to make any inquiries. The place was spotless and beds were comfortable. It's near shopping for groceries which was convenient. Shelby would check in to make sure if we needed any needs met. (no need, everything was there.) If you need a comfy place in Mammoth check this place out!

everything was super nice, only thing was the charger didnt work which was very bummed out, but overall house is super spacious and nice, plenty of room for family and friends! mason was helpful & communicative!

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were responsive and wonderfully communicative. The house is beautifully maintained and everything we expected and way more. The AC was on for us, making unpacking much more pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, and the bedding so soft. The living room was perfect for lounging with our group. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the BBQ was pristine. Couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a weekend with your nearest and dearest.

Our stay was fantastic for a weekend getaway. You are 10-15 minutes away from a number of wineries and restaurants, with the benefits of having your own private space to relax and enjoy the countryside. Our host was extremely responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had, and made our stay more than comfortable. Absolutely would recommend the listing to anyone else, and would come back to stay myself.

We absolutely LOVED this place & will definitely book again. Directions were right on point. The views were amazing, mother nature surrounded us and it was so relaxing. Comfy beds & the kitchen views made cooking and spending time in the kitchen all that much more fun. We brought our cornhole set up but Henry's 49er cornhole boards were in the back! Had coffee out in the back every morning to catch the beautiful sunrise over the lake and mountains. Can't say enough great things about this place. The place was amazing! My family & I enjoyed it very much. There were many activities for children to do indoors and the adults enjoyed the treadmill. ☺️ there was ample space. We would love to go back. Everything was perfect.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The backyard was incredibly clean, private, and perfect for relaxing—definitely one of our favorite parts of the property. The dog park was amazing and our little pup enjoyed a lot! The amenities were thoughtfully provided and covered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience seamless. We especially loved spending evenings by the fire pit—it added such a cozy touch to our trip. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!
