Service-appartementen in San Joaquin River

Thanks Fred for a great stay. The apartment was well stocked for a few days stay. Large living space, patio, and bathroom. The location had a nice view as well. We would be happy to stay again.

The place is great, better than the photos actually! It has everything you’ll ever need, such as pots, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies, and everything is very clean. However, one little con is that the internet is a bit unstable, no matter if we’re using cellular service or the purchased wifi.

Really enjoyed our quick overnight stay at Fred's place. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We saw a family of deer the moment we pulled up. We would come back and stay longer to really enjoy the amenities.

Great place at a great price. Deposit shocked me a little because I was traveling on a fixed budget but it was back in my bank account in less than 2 days after my checkout. Place was in a great location.

Stepping into that Airbnb haven, I felt an instant connection. It wasn't just a place to rest my head; it embraced me like family. The host's warm welcome and personal touches made it feel like home. It was a refuge where my soul found solace, and every moment cherished became a piece of my heart. Grateful for this personal retreat, I left with a renewed spirit and memories that will forever hold a special place within me.

The apartment was clean, bright and open with plenty of space. There are many amenities to enjoy but during the COVID-19 pandemic most of these were closed. The pool at this time is open and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The bathrooms had deep soaking tubs and the kitchen was great for cooking gourmet meals.

Iris and David and were the perfect hosts, friendly and responsive. The upstairs unit was spacious for three people. We appreciate the breakfast room with the snacks and coffee, even the special chocolate cake they left for us. The fridge had many thoughtful foodstuff. The hot tub was nice as was the pool, perfect on those hot days. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We very much enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Had a wonderful stay with my family… there was a lot to do and everything was super convenient definitely would recommend and book again!

William's place is a great location for exploring the Napa and Sonoma wine regions.

This is an awesome resort. Given the pandemic situation there was a lot less traffic but the entire resort made it feel very safe from check in to out. William is a great host and our room was exactly what we expected. Thanks, William! We’ll be back soon.

Great stay. The place itself is spacious and clean. The resort is great, with swimming pool, vineyard, restaurants. 10 min drive to downtown napa and beginning of Napa wineries. We will be back!

This place was amazing, perfect location for Napa, the staff were super friendly and helpful and William was easy to talk to

Samantha was great! She was very responsive and helped me book last minute. She was extremely communicative throughout my stay. I love staying here and there’s always so much to do for couples and families. I will be booking again with Samantha soon.
