This downstairs condo unit is 4 miles from Rockport Beach Park, less than a mile from Fulton Fishing Pier which is surrounded by a number of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Life's a Beach is a newly remodeled 2 BR/2BA condo with stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. This is a 2nd floor unit that comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. There is also a sleeper sofa that will accommodate an additional 1-2 guests. The complex is located at 1129 11th Street, within the golf cart district, and is convenient to lots of shopping and dining options. There is also a large pool, play area for kids and walking path to the beach.

The one bedroom two bathroom with deck resort condominium has the upscale designer features of the one bedroom, but includes an amazing second or third floor deck. This condominium accommodates up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed. The living area is spacious with seating and a desk working area. The designer sofa is also a fold out sleep sofa with no springs, no bars and all comfort. The dining area and full kitchen include stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

Coral Cay Ocean Front/ Ocean View 2 bed/2 bath

All reservations require the primary guest be 25 years of age or older. This ocean front 2nd floor condo has amazing ocean view and sunrises. It has been completely remodeled in 2019. We have one pool directly in front of our condo and 2nd one by the office. No pets are allowed due to HOA rules. We are very close to all the shopping and restaraunts. Come listen to the waves and smell the salt air from the balcony.
