Gastenverblijven in San José Province

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en lo de Jessica y Luis. No sólo por lo lindo y tranquilo de la propiedad, sino también por la buena onda y disposición de Jessica y su familia. La propiedad es lindisima y está ubicada en un barrio muy lindo y tranquilo. Los pájaros, monos y el mar son parte de la vista y de los sonidos constantes. El bungalow es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo justo y necesario. Y lo que no tengas, Jessica y Luis siempre atentos a ayudar en lo que necesiten!!

Fredy and his wife were excellent hosts. Vey beautiful place with outstanding landscaping. The cabin itself was very nice. They have two big dogs and three cats, but animals are very common in Costa Rica. Good location for day trips, and places to stop/eat. Quiet, peaceful, enjoyable area! When we reported a sink faucet developed a problem ,Fredy replaced it while we were out. Would stay here, again!

La estadia perfecta,tanto la llegada como durante la estadia la anfitriona siempre muy amable y atenta. La ubicacion muy centrica con paradas de bus cercanas y el residencial seguro. lo recomiendo

Beautiful space and surroundings, awesome pool, super friendly and responsive hosts, darling children, and big adorable (sometimes loud) dog. Short bike ride to beaches, restaurants, and yoga classes. All round a great place. We loved our stay.

Nous avons eu la chance de dénicher ce petit coin de paradis au cœur des terres Costaricaine. Le logement proposé par Noah est pratique et offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. L’espace terrasse est privatisé, on se croit seul au monde. C’est de loin de le meilleur logement que nous avons trouvé au Costa Rica. Les hôtes Mary & Noah sont très sympathique et nous donnés de bon conseils sur les alentours (restaurants, cascades..) Mention spéciale sur le petit déjeuner qui est délicieux. Concernant le logement, il est fonctionnel et offretout le nécessaire pour votre séjour. (Cuisine, 4G, frigo, eau chaude, TV, Clim) Nous recommandons à 100 % ce logement. Prévoyez simplement d’arriver idéalement avec un 4x4 et avant la nuit car la localisation est pas évidente à trouver mais sinon c’est un 20/20!!! Merci Noah 🎉

We can 100% recommend this apartment. We stayed for one week and felt like home. It was spacious, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the area was calm during the night. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The only thing we did not like were the holes in the mosquito nets on all windows and on the balcony door. Cats and the dog on the property are super lovely. Pool is also a big plus. Thanks to Ismark!

We enjoyed staying at Cat’s and Yolanda’s home. Even though there is shared common areas, we felt very comfortable and private. Afternoon swims in the pool and lounging in the hot tub was relaxing. Quiet mornings in the upper deck were peaceful and you could hang out and enjoy the gorgeous valley view. We are fairly active so walks into town were very doable. Atenas has a good mix of tourists and locals and is a friendly town.

Es un lugar hermoso en medio de Turrialba, queda cerca del centro y muy accesible para llegar, privado y Felipe siempre está disponible para ayudar. Definitivamente un buen lugar para hospedarse

Es un lugar lleno de calma, perfecto para alejarse de la ciudad. el lugar es precioso y las fogatas en la noche dan un toque único. Gracias por tan lindo espacio.

Mi familia y yo pasamos el año nuevo en el airbnb de doña Machelly y todo estuvo perfecto! La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, inclusive me atrevería a decir que es mejor aún. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios que uno pueda necesitar, el espacio que tiene la casa es gigante el cual nuestros perros disfrutaron demasiado y además la piscina es perfecta. Tiene una ubicación perfecta ya que está cerca de la playa pero también tiene justamente una tienda de conveniencia justo a la par para todo lo que necesites comprar. Doña Machelly nos ayudó en absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos y contestaba rápido. En conclusión, toda mi familia quedó satisfecha de la estadía y esperamos volver pronto, si tienes oportunidad de reservar este airbnb definitivamente hazlo!

Len and Vani’s place was such a dream to stay at, absolute paradise. The house looked exactly as pictured and was very clean. It was great to be able to relax in the hot tub and pool and we loved waking up to the sounds of the jungle each day. They also have the two sweetest dogs, and their pup Reina always lovingly greeted us whenever we would return from our daily adventures. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation! Thanks so much Len & Vani!

Simplemente espectacular! Alojamiento muy bien pensado, con un tono muy romántico y tranquilo. El lugar inspira mucha paz y relajación. Hay una casa con una familia que viven cerca pero eso no le quita la privacidad al apartamento... el baño tiene un diseño hermoso! Y la mini piscina es fabulosa. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar para una escapada romántica o de relajación y descanso 100%! La atención de Mario siempre fue oportuna y muy respetuosa.

Excelente lugar, tal cual como las fotos con una excelente vista del Valle de Orosi. Ury es un excelente anfitrión, con recomendaciones para poder llegar al lugar por una ruta más sencilla.

I stayed a few nights at Fer and Godfrey’s place to wrap up my month in Costa Rica. I had some trouble finding the house from the address listed but Godfrey was very helpful, sending me a pin and even trying to reach a cab driver he knows to find me. Very kind. The Airbnb was beautiful, the perfect size for me, and in a quiet area. It’s is very walkable and I loved getting out for morning walks. It’s convenient that the grocery store and several restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away. I wish I would’ve stayed longer! Truly a great place!

Of all the places we stayed in Costa Rica, Casa Renovare was our favorite by far. Waking up with dawn coming through the huge wall of windows was magical. We watched tiny monkeys with our morning coffee and swam for hours in the warm pool. Thank you Eric for sharing your elegant home and for being so kind and gracious when we locked you out. (sorry again) There should be more stars...

El lugar está muy completo y limpio, la piscina estaba bastante limpia, quizá la cocina está un poco sucia puede mejorar. Topamos con mala suerte que había una tormenta increíble y falló la luz eléctrica, tuvimos que encerrarnos pero Reggie estuvo siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien e incluso fue a buscarnos. Siempre estuvo atento, está cerca de restaurantes y de playa esterillos. Recomendamos bastante este lugar.

Exc place to stay in Naranjo, great view and overall atmosphere

Really enjoyed Gelena’s casita and Gelena was a delight. We enjoyed getting to know her a bit. Beautiful surroundings. Felt like home away from home. Plenty to do within a close drive.

Had a fantastic stay. The place was impeccable, super comfortable, and had everything I needed. Hilda Maria was a gem. She was so nice, helpful, and even helped me pick some mangoes from her tree! They were delicious. Her space is lovely, and I really loved all the greenery and plants that she diligently takes care of. Everything was walkable and the kitchen especially had everything I needed to cook all my meals. Can't say enough good things. I would for sure stay here again.

Eida and Ricardo are very kind and attentive hosts, and are very responsive to the guest’s needs. The space for the guest was as expected. The street has a very steep incline and is about a 20-30 minute walk to the main bus stations in downtown San Isidro de El General, but makes up for that by bringing surrounded by beautiful views of the surrounding nature. For me, I love walking around so this was not a problem at all. Highly recommend if you love walking and being surrounded by nature!

This isn’t “just a house”. It is definitely a home. As soon as you step inside, there are so many creative touches. Everything from pots of plants, to paintings, to ceramic figurines and Mexican style tiles add to the charm of the interior. The structure itself has some wonderful design features, including custom staircases and vaulted ceilings made from exotic Costa Rican timber. The house is built on a ridge, so there are views to the town of San Ramon on one side, and views of rolling pastures and the Gulf of Nicoya in the far distance on the other. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is well laid out and even stocked with a few breakfast items which made our mornings so enjoyable. The house feels like walking into a warm embrace. Love lives here. We only stayed for 2 nights, but enjoyed every moment. Take time to explore the lower garden and ranchito out back, as well as the front porch - a perfect place for morning coffee. The parrots approve too
