Susan and Navid (Susan’s husband) couldn’t have been any kinder and helpful. He recommended restaurants and places to go. The place was spectacular and that is putting it mildly. You couldn’t beat ski in and ski out! We will DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN!54

Adorable little condo! Prices are extremely high in Telluride, so was excited to find this spot IN TOWN, for a relatively affordable price. Close walk to lift 7, quiet atmosphere, parking space right out front! Kind, welcoming gesture of a bottle of wine and some ale in the fridge! The kids appreciated the snacks and starburst! HUGE TV, although we were so tired from mountain activities, we never turned it on! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great place! Location is close to everything. There’s no need for a car once in town. We were provided with so many dining and bar options beforehand. I would stay here again for sure!

This place was a total win! The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a quick stroll to the ski lifts, making it super easy to hit the slopes any time of day. The interior is modern and spotless, offering a perfect mix of comfort and style after a long day in the snow. The host was on hand when needed, ensuring everything ran smoothly without overwhelming you with constant check-ins. I had an unforgettable stay and can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed in telluride many times at several different airports b n b’s. This was by far one of our favorites. Great location- couple steps to the slopes. 5 min walk to gondola to get into the town of telluride or to go to the village market. Would recommend to anyone considering

We stayed during off-season in Telluride. It was so peaceful! Incredibly easy access to trails, bars/restaurants, and a small market. Thad was kind and very responsive. I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

The San Juan House - Updated & Comfortable Home

The San Juan house was amazing. It madew a great home base for Silverton mountain and was a great place to spend our evenings. The front porch is a great place to relax with a drink and take in the beautiful surroundings after a long day on the mountain. Many restaurants and bars in town are a quick walk from the house.

The Heart of the Beautiful San Juan Mountains

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! This was the most unique and beautiful location in a tiny mountain village with incredibly stunning views in every direction as soon as you step out the door. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by snow covered mountains felt like a dream, and we really did feel like we were in a fairy tail setting. The town of Telluride and the ski resort are a short, easy drive, but you could honestly never leave the property and have the best vacation ever. On top of that, Peter & Wendy were the most gracious and accommodating hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They are the truly precious people and it was clear they genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and got to make the most out of our vacation. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay in telluride! Clean, modern and well decorated condo. Very comfortable for the five of us and had everything we needed for our trip. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Location was great. Two min walk to chair 7 and 5 min walk to town. Host was very responsive and helpful with parking for a second car. Would absolutely stay here again!

As an adaptive athlete, quality of stay is highly dependent on usability. This place was very nice and great for the price. The only downside for me was not being able to use the master bed. Not the fault of owners but I needed a place for a ski trip. The kitchen was stocked and appliances were very high end. The bath products were great and the shower got hot quick and stayed hot. Would come back if I could figure out the bedroom space.
