Modern Luxury- In town, Peaceful - A/C & hot water

Come relax at this Mediative Stay. We are a 3 minute walk from downtown. It's significantly quieter in this area of town so you will be close to all the action and still get a great night of sleep afterwards. The house is equipped with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable and restorative stay; hot water, full water pressure, AC, etc. The Stone Elephant has 3 water reserve tanks. San Juan Del Sur shuts off the water often (without any notice) so your stay isn't affected by this.

Beautiful beachfront condo, great views of the bay, close to restaurants & nightlife. The area was featured on the cover of Lonely Planet Nicaragua. If you like the nightlife, this condo is perfect.
