Vakantiewoningen met vuurplaats in San Juan

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

La casa de Carlos fué todo lo esperado, desde el momento de llegar, que fué fluido y cómodo para entrar tu carro y bajar tus cosas, te encuentras con una casa limpia y agradable, cada rincón de la casa estaba impecable. La cocina perfectamente equipada para cocinar para una familia grande, una terraza justo al lado de la cocina, donde disfrutamos la vista a la montaña con un café durante la mañana. Los baños espaciosos con toallas limpias y lo necesario para el aseo. Tiene aire en toda la casa ,muy cómodo para el compartir familiar. El área de la piscina espaciosa y limpia con su barbeque de gas ya incluido. La comunicación con Carlos incluso desde antes de reservar fué excelente ,contestando todas mis preguntas, es un anfitrión atento y proactivo. A mi familia les gustó su casa y volveríamos a quedarnos.

This was our family's favorite Airbnb of all time. The view of the ocean is absolutely captivating. The pool was wonderful for the whole family. Maria has provided a manual for the home that has everything you need, including local beach recommendations. We found that the closest beach (Balneario La Monserrate) was perfect. The beds and linens are very comfortable and the air conditioning makes for good sleep for everyone. I highly recommend staying here!

The host was very responsive and the house matched perfectly to the description on the site.

Samuel’s place is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. We loved listening to the nighttime sounds. Sitting outside at night was one of our favorite times. If you want to be in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, then this is the place for you! Highly recommend Samuel’s place.

Reiki, meditation and sound baths with crystal sound bowls by the infinity pool with the amazing views were exhilarating and relaxing at the same time as we watched both the sunrise and then the sunset! Master Suewoo loves you!

Great spot for a base camp for exploring the NE part of the island. We had 2 families of 4 and were pleased with everything: the space, the amenities, the communication. Would definitely stay here again.

We are so grateful to have found Vanessa’s home for my bachelorette trip. It was everything we needed and more! Both the in law house and the main home were equipped with everything you could think you need and more. Vanessa was prompt and handled the power outage with such grace! There was ample space for our group of 6 and everyone kept raving about the place. The gated community with the security guard was very safe for us girls. We did have to drive a bit further for the beach as the one near the home is known for powerful rip currents, but it wasn’t far at all! We will definitely be staying again when we come back!

We really enjoyed the private roof garden where we had local beers and food. Rooms and decorations are cute and cozy. Super convenient location to explore old San Juan and enjoy the culture. Thanks Luis and Erick for hosting us!

This place is GORGEOUS! Great for those that love a place connected with nature. I really enjoyed my stay & hope to return soon!

Wow, it was absolutely stunning here! A little off the beaten path but the views made it absolutely with it. Julio was an incredibly responsive and kind host, I can’t recommend him and his place enough!

This place was outstanding one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It was clean well kept and had everything you would need I wish we stayed more days but we got to experience everything in the one day we stayed and the private rooftop with the grill, bar, and games was top tier. The host was amazing my family and I are definitely coming back and staying the entire trip

We enjoyed our stay. Space was very clean and neighborhood felt safe. Hosts were very kind and responsive. The only thing was the hot tub wasn’t working correctly and didn’t heat up enough to use. Overall would recommend staying here.

Zuriel’s place was amazing. It was very clean and had a beautiful view. My wife and I loved the fact that you can leave the sliding windows open to outside to enjoy the view, get the nice breeze and to hear the crashing of the waves to go to sleep to. We definitely would stay again when we make our next visit to Puerto Rico.

Una experiencia maravillosa, no soy una persona que le guste acampar, la cabaña lo tenia todo, cada detalle para poder desconectarse con la montaña. Nuestras amistades estaban en sus campañas espectaculares y pudimos tener todas las comodidades de una lujosa cabaña. Adicional marilyn y johnny nos complacieron en todo y nos ayudaron a conseguir los mejores cupcakes del area para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi amiga. Nos sentíamos seguros y en casa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable Weekend Getaway! This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! The heated pool was the highlight—we spent so much time enjoying it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy with plenty of covers and sleeping essentials. We loved making a campfire for s’mores, and the fact that the river was just a 3-minute walk away was a huge plus. The surroundings were breathtaking, and we were within walking distance of a fantastic restaurant. Everything in the house was pristine, and the terrace was incredible—huge TV, tons of seating, and a table big enough for 12+ people! This place truly made for an unforgettable weekend with my family. Highly recommend!
